Hello Everyone! Sichuan Chicken is one of my favorite dishes to make! The chicken cooked with dry chilies, Sichuan peppercorn, garlic and ginger has an irresistible flavor! Today I'm sharing the Sichuan Chicken Recipe cooked with an air fryer! Instead of deep frying the chicken pieces in oil, we air fry the chicken to achieve the same effect! This recipe saves so much time and oil and is a lot more healthier too! It is really tasty too:)

Ingredients:
Chicken legs or thighs 3
Dry Chili 1 Cup (or more if preferred) (link:amzn.to/3AAwfNG)
Sichuan Peppercorn 1 tbsp (amzn.to/3R3Fmxf)
Green onion 3-4
Garlic 5-6
Ginger 1 piece
Marinate chopped chicken:
White pepper 1/2 tsp (amzn.to/3Q2bHmW)
Cooking wine 1 tbsp (amzn.to/3CGq8Kg)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp (amzn.to/3Q39reW)
Corn starch 1 tbsp (amzn.to/3CGfh2S)
Cooking oil 2 tsp
Marinate for 15-20 minutes
Stir-fry seasoning:
cooking wine:1/2 tbsp
soy sauce:1 tsp
sugar: 1/4 tsp
