i would say they look kinda meh, personal preference tho, from a skyscraper, the snow usually looks like half-loaded textures

Spiderman 1 is the only good story the other two are shit, Spiderman 2 is only aesthetically good in everything but UI, the gameplay is shit as well as the story.

Well the suits themselves aren’t much of an improvement but that is because that not the selling point of the game it how fast it runs and how fluid it is.

It's same as batman Arkham city vs Arkham knight. Or god of war vs gow Ragnarok. Horizon 1 vs horizon 2. Or any other game sequel. The game looks better, runs better and has true ray tracing on all modes while having really big upgrades to gameplay, draw distance and speed, while being able to use multiple characters, with mostly spiderman/spiderman with venom and miles morales having their own ability trees. They are not reinventing the wheel. Spiderman PS4 already looked amazing when it came out. Of course it's not gonna be mind blowing. Especially since it was gonna be a crossgen game. I hear many people complain a lot but nobody can name open world games that look as good or better. The mind blowing Sony we used to know is dead. Just like the amazing naughty dog that brought us games like uncharted 2,3 and the last of us. They are more concerned with adding 25 LGBT flags, putting all females in jeans, making Mary Jane ugly af (the face model is 20 times prettier than in game) and making woke games cuz they are a woke California company that is mostly owned blackrock as they own 80% of Sony shares.

It wasn't more of a graphical upgrade it was mostly about performance (How the game runs better)

@@kato093 lol what are you smoking son, Arkham Knight was the biggest leap in graphics quality for a very long time, it literally looks like 2 generations ahead of Arkham city, shame on you to even bring that up. Arkham Knight looks even today very impressive and has still the best water graphics out there even after 8 years since release. Arkham Knight is CGI compared to City. LOL spider man 2 is NOT even close being a visual jump like that.

@@unprofessionalindian shadows are too dark and raytracing is kinda meh in remastered so I prefer the second. Also theres less cars, and the NPCs all look very bland or the same in remastered which makes the map feel less alive ngl

It's by far the worst game by cost ever, and the first game is the only really good game

story - spider-man 1, it’s the longest one gameplay and visuals- spider-man 2, may not be as long but is way more fun to play, i reccomend this miles morales- extremely short and not much difference compared to spiderman 2

Exactly, and it’s sickening how no one else is talking about the very obvious and as well as subtle downgrades This game has made, everyone keeps bootlicking insomaic for no reason. Not even hyped For Spider-Man 3 anymore, I just have a feeling they are going to disappoint and it will be the same cycle of everyone defending it.

@@Prototypelife19999 yeah, my comment comes off as a insomiac hater for no reason, but I’ve grown up with their games and they are some of the best, but now it’s like they realize they have the Spider-Man IP, and don’t feel pressured to innovate or improve as much as they could because most people will be happy regardless. Not really even talking graphics, more or less the gameplay could be so much better and I have so many ideas on how it could be amazing

Yes, I agree, played about 10 hours now and think Miles looks better. I think they've sacrificed visual polish for the insanely fast movement, fast travel and city density (pedestrians, vehicles)

Maybe because it's an art style change? I feel like miles morales has a more cinematic look while sm2 has a more vibrant comic-book look

@@thetriborg9588 naw it's called I'm tired of these fare skinned characters being blasted everywhere as iconic long lasting characters in movies, games and even books. I'm 26 now, I would've loved this game as a 10 year old boy who only saw 3 super heroe characters that looked close to how I looked. What you expect me to want to grow up and be like someone with a comb over? This era of "blackening" things is the best thing for African Americans after growing up watching and playing games with majority fare skinned people as playable characters. I said what I said.

Because no one can handle the fact that the new Spider-Man game looks worse, people want to live in a false reality than the current one, and instead seek alternative explanations that don’t even make sense
