Description:
Spider bites can sometimes turn you into a superhero, as in the case of Peter Parker in Spider-Man: The Movie. Assume the role of Peter, a good-hearted teenager bitten by a genetically engineered spider, which gives him muscles, incredible strength, and spider-like abilities. You'll have to learn how to control your powers including Spider Sense, web-slinging, and wall crawling, and the all-new aerial combat moves. The world's toughest villains, including Shocker, Vulture, and the Green Goblin will all be after you. Are you up for the challenge?

I actually love how the Raimi games made shocker a legit threat. He's usually a throwaway or joke villain, but here he puts up a good fight and for a good portion of the game he's giving Spiderman a run for his money. You can even tell Shocker is using his gauntlets to his full extent here. Dude can be a serious threat if he took himself seriously and learned to use his gauntlets properly instead of just robbing banks

He toed against iron man in the comics, I like that he was a powerful mercenary kinda bad guy in this, not just some random throwaway

the web swinging was not very "accurate" in this game...but everything else to include the humor and the interior level design were top notch...remember climbing the tower to get to Vulture? such a good game

It took me ages to get past this level. I didn't figure out you could aim your webs using the R3 button.

I never managed to use the web zip here, I just ran straight up the tunnel and them used web dome when Shocker fired at me.

This was one of my favorite missions and game since my childhood I've had this game on PS2 since I was 9 years old, at 1:28 Shocker runs away it would be good too hear Spider-man say that line from the animated series when he had the black suit "get back here shocker.. Shockkkkerrrr!!! you can't escape me I'll chase you to the ends of the earth!!" one of the best Spider-man lines ever.

Thank you. That was part of the plan when it came to redoing this walkthrough. I didn't like the way I fought him the first time and felt I could have done it a lot better.
