You can clip directly into Scorpion's room. As always, you can't benefit from that in the speedrun. While it allows you to skip some parts of the mission, the setup is too slow and risky.
0:25 - Grab the window in the balcony (You don't have to shatter the window, I did that just to show that it's possible), let go of it without touching the control stick, than, do a charge jump while holding the grab button again. If done correctly, Spidey will face the opposite side of the window. Now just climb up, and you clipped into the building.
Although you're inside the building, you're not inside the corridors of the place. I use that to explore the place a bit, though there isn't too much to see. One side of the building is filled with invisible walls and... that's pretty much all there is to show while OOB.
3:45 - Easier said than done: Squeeze into the small gap between the 2 walls, grab the wall to the right, then do a charge jump to clip into Scorpion's room. You'll probably struggle with this, since the camera doesn't function well in that spot. You might clip into the other room accidently.
Scorpion is still tied to his chair. You're able to push him a bit from his chair, but he will rubberband back to place. Some attacks, mostly multi-hit attacks, can't hit him. I assume he either has infinite health or his health doesn't drop below a certein amount.
6:00 - Clipping back OOB. Same method to look at the opposite side of the wall, but do a charge jump instead of get OOB.
This time, I grab the wall to the left and do a charge jump to clip into to corridor. Once again, easier said than done. You risk clipping into Scorpion's room instead.
For some reason, the guard despawned. I triggered the cutscene that activates the lasers on purpose, though you can immetiately activate the mini-game, which in turn triggers the QTE and then the bossfight against Scorpion.
Unfortunately, Scorpion has full health, even though I hit him earlier when I clipped into his room.

7:05 - Side-by-side comparison between the intended method and the OOB route. The intended method is faster by a few seconds.
8:00 - If you do the mission without going to the marker at the start of the mission, it will carry to the very end of it. It doesn't show in the cutscene, but you can see that it shows a bit afterwards between the messages.
