Tony Stark was the reason that both The Vulture and Mysterio was created.

the damage to the beach and Coney island park i believe he could be charged for, but the jet itself was likely owned by Tony Stark or Stark Industries and Pepper probably wouldn't press charges on Peter

Well we dont know if the parker suit records everything. We know the stark suit does but not the parker suit. Maybe tony signed for him because peter was a minor, so maybe tony was like his "guardian" in those circumstances.

I have an Endgame question, what do you think might’ve happened to Red Skull during those 5 years where the Soul Stone was destroyed? Was he set free as he was the keeper of a stone that no longer existed? Is that reality still prevalent since the time heist? Or was Red Skull sent back the moment the stone was returned?
