I love that fight, but I also really love the wall fight after the bank. Also one of my favorite fight scenes is black suit spiderman vs sandman, and next closest is probably Peter and harry/ new goblin first fight
The thing about this spiderman is that he can take a hit. He can keep fighting even if he's getting his ass whooped. That's what separates Tobey's version of Spidey to be the best, although it may not be the most authentic to the comic books, this is the Spiderman everyone thinks of when they hear the name, because he's so iconic, he can sure as hell take a hit like a champ, and we all miss him.
If the MCU let Tom's Spider-Man brawl like this, then he'd be the most brutal Spidey. He's already proven to be the strongest, feat-wise. And he's just a kid.
Cause he is Cinematic version of real Spider-man, And Garfield is Comic version of real Spider-man, they both are from our Universe. Holland is creepy Earth 616 version, totally sucks. in our Universe Spidy don' give a fuck too Avengers
kill me prove me wrong had you seen a Spider-Man left 3 million pounds on each hand and he was Spider-Man for only a couple of months so shut up and eat over it
@@thorodinson5201 how is he much cooler and stronger if he always relay on technology and marvel ruined spiderman into a iron boy jr don't get me wrong i like tom holland as a actor but mcu spiderman is not spiderman spiderman doesn't relay on others and technology (except the webshooter) they ruined peter/spiderman's character he was supposed to be a strong, agiled, smart hero who works alone to protect his home city aka new york and peter creates his own suit not stark don't believe then go to the comics when in the mcu stark make his suit that's the one ruin peter's character intelligence and he chooses his mr stark that manipulates him to battle in the airport don't understand the situation at all than his own uncle ben that's the one of the reason im dissatisfied and disappointed the mcu spiderman they forgot his uncle that made him spiderman for his responsibilities not stark. see how spiderman got easily defeated by cap in like a minute is just one of bad writtings of spiderman he just lose easily dont tell me he is unexperienced if he was then that means he doesn't know how to hold back his punches then in the comics superior spiderman doc ock switch bodies with peter because ock's body is rotting to death so he switched with peter then peter says to ock that he will be a better spiderman than him why am i telling you this? because in the fight of spiderman aka dr octopus vs scorpion ock just punch once and knock out scorpion jaw clean off with one punch this where ock realize that peter aka the real spiderman was holding back not only for him but for every villain he faced in the past and peter can kill not only him but everyone aswell if he wanted to. this is one of the most underated abilities of spiderman which is not needed technology. okay back to the live action ones raimi version is the close to the comics (except for the organic webs) even stan lee said so the raimi trilogy has meanings behind it the 1st film about responsibility the famous line "with great power comes great responsibility" the 2nd movie is about taking care of yourself the 3rd movie is about forgiveness and revenge while the mcu spiderman movies what did it teach you about morals? it's all comedy it's just disappointing that's why i love the raimi trilog alot they represents peter/spiderman as a cool smart homour guy. just because there's a mode in mcu spiderman called "instant kill" doesn't mean he's stronger that's just a suit exclusive and also it doesn't instant kill its just a name and the 3 million pound you talking about is with the help with iron man
Spider-Man has developed a unique fighting style that is difficult for adversaries to predict and other heroes to emulate. The character is depicted as not having training in hand-to-hand combat, but instead he utilizes an improvisational style of fighting. This style functionally encompasses the usage of his powers simultaneously to overpower and overwhelm his foes, replying on his superhuman strength, immense agility, speed, flexibility, wits, intelligence and "spider-sense." He is also never without a witty response or wisecrack to throw an enemy in order to distract, anger, or simply insult to a foe. With this combination of his acrobatic abilities, the use of his webbing and his surroundings, he can easily work his strengths against his opponents' weaknesses. Because of his skills and many years of superhero experience since high school, Spider-Man is a cunning and experienced fighter who repeatedly defeated enemies much more powerful than himself.
@@MS-ld3jn Yea, but we need more of that, which is the problem. MCU Spiderman IMO has yet to have jaw-dropping fights with villains. Raimiverse Spiderman was literally tackling Doc Ock and punching him at the same time on a building. That's the type of shit I wanna see MCU Spiderman do.
@Gabe Stein first of all i don't know why your calling me an idiot, second of all, he's doesn't like to kill or severly injure people for the most part, and it is not my fault he holds back when he's fighting.
Deffinetly missing some spidey action in the solo tom holland movies. Loved civil war spidey fighting, and the drones fight was kinda cool, but i wanna see him utilized to his full potential like an all out brawl with a villain, showcasing new spidermans fighting style fully.
RepeatedAxe Gaming In most of the comics Spider-Man is extremely powerful and fast, but he still punches, kicks, able to miss his attacks, get hit and more. Why? Because it’s much more entertaining. Can he take out Doc Ock in one shot? Sure, but the writers won’t let him do that. Whether he’s holding so much back or his enemies have stronger bodies than normal humans, it’s important for the writers to understand that this is fiction. These sort of fight scenes are way more entertaining (and more comic book accurate if you’re one of those types) than what the mcu Spider-Man has to offer (not saying the action scenes in the mcu Spider-Man films aren’t good).
i would like your comment but it comes from a fucc boi with a channel named " yeezys " how arrogant of you to put a model of shoes in your name you cringey embesille.
3:26 this whole scene just shows how tough Tobeys Spider-Man was. Notice he’s not just throwing punches but also headbutts, knees, elbow hits and his agility had a much more stronger sense then what we have nowadays
Tom 's Spider-Man is geared towards Children, that's why they don't have him fight more aggressively. They Made an exception in NWH, because they kinda overdid it in the last 2 films.
I just love how Spider-Man knows or someway in contact with his villains outside of the masks they hide behind. Green Goblin. Harry's father. Doctor Oct. A teacher. Venom. CoWorker Sandman. Helped cause the death of uncle. New Goblin. Harry.
When I saw The Amazing Spiderman with Andrew Garfield, I thought the effects and the fight moves are much better than in Sam Raimys Spiderman. But now, as I watch this, I really feel like watching these 3 movies again. This Spiderman is really brutal, and I like it somehow.
@@sandhyachakravorty4715 I think this one might join Cap instead of Tony because unlike Holland Spidey, he is an adult and will listen to full facts instead of the half-assed facts Tony was giving.
Original Spider-Man is by far the most comic book accurate Spider-Man when it comes to strength, agility, and endurance. One of the most famous aspects of Spider-Man as a character is his ability to endure and keep fighting, no matter what. Original Spider-Man is like that. And what I like the most, is that he is brutal when he fights his bad guys. He's not afraid to throw a punch (unlike some other folks).
Spidey is definetly scared to throw a punch, but not in the way you meant, spiderman is scared that he might kill his oponent if he doesnt control himself, so he always hold back unless the enemy is on his level
M. Chedderbeef facts. Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man was experienced, he’s been Spider-Man for a few years. Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in civil war only had his powers for 6 months. He was a rookie
@@jimbeam2299 honestly it is. It might be campy but it was intenddd to be and it worked. I like Garfield Spiderman I like MCU spidy and he has potential, but Raimi? Best
Ofc he is. He is the Original Spider-Man. The one who started it all. Also, i think the reason why newer fans express their resentment with that phrase is probably out of jealousy. Raimi Trilogy was handcrafted meticulously with love and affection. Not a product of fullfiling studio quota and following a static formula.
The subway fight between Parker and Marko was more Venom than Spider-Man as the Symbiote made Peter attempt to kill Marko and the voice even kicks in when he says "good riddance".
homecoming is good, but the action scenes is just below my expectation. I expect more from a superhero that's widely known for his combat skills. the final scene with vulture is kinda anticlimax.
Tobey mcguire spiderman looks like he knows what he's doing. His witty comments are because he's snarky not because he's a kid. Older spiderman was much less goofy
He doesnt have combat skills he doesnt have any formal combat training he relies on his strength to win really and most of the time hes using his agility, webbing, and intelligence to beat his enemies not brute force
see that's what I like about Toby Maguires Spiderman: unlike Andrew Garfield Spiderman and tom Holland's Spiderman who use their webs to solve most of their fights , Toby uses his fighting skills and fist to actually fight the villains.great techniques. tobey fan forever bro.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😎😎😎😎😎
Because the movie would end in less than an hour. And Penis Parker would never get to scream at the end during the final battle with Doc Cock. That SCREAM is what makes Spider-Man 2 beautiful. HEEAAAAAAAARRHH!!!!!!!
Exactly my thoughts. Spiderman is far more powerful than most of his enemies. All the movies would end in a short time if it just for the fights. Except in the cases of Venom, Sandman or carnage.
@Tribal Knights inc. 1. Those held back punches where he is constantly punching Doc is enough to make him bleed and 2. It does not need to be Rated R in order to have blood. Spiderman 1 had this.
Spider-Man in the trilogy is one of the best Spider-Man series than the amazing ones. The Marvel Cinematic Universe Spider-Man was really good too who is the best replacement for Tobey Maguire.
Peter is a 10+ toners your reflexes and reaction time and spider sense would be great with boxing Tobey Spiderman prefers crosses and hooks he was an experienced brawler it was cool back when spider man could punch the screen
It'd be badass if Tobey and Andrew are sitting in a cafe as Holland swings by. If they can get the Loui Ferrigno in both Hulk films than it might be possible
These movies were my f*cking childhood!! I can still remember my parents taking me to see Spider-Man 3 almost 10 years ago. They were cheesey as hell when they wanted to be but they still have some of the greatest specific effects I've ever seen in film! Especially Spider-Man 2! Really enjoyed TASM 1 alot aswell! Love the Rami Trilogy :D
I really like what Sam Raimi and the Team did with Tobey's combat. He was a good balance of Simple and flashy. When he was up close, he just threw his hands like a rough Pugilist 🥊 He didn't move around haphazardly, instead faced everyone head on like a Tru CHAD. He mainly used his Webs and Kicks in combat more as a defence. Like how he webs the money sack, and flings it back to doc ock, the Metal Arm of the Bell tower, as well as the double kick attack when Ock pulls him on the train. I have a feeling it may be intentional because he had organic webbing. I'm sure Sam Raimi did it because his films were a more grounded take on the character. I also love how intense his Suit looks. When compared to the other two, he almost looks scary. Like he's the Spider-Man to watch out for, cause he'll beat your ass up bad.
Im a Spiderman fan all the way I love every movie they made but nun of them Top Tobi playing Spiderman hands down. Homie had hands Spiderman 2 had the best fight scenes straight up.
Man this video alone really shows just how much of a badass Raimi verse Spiderman is. Such well done combat. Raimi and whoever else is responsible for the fighting scenes really knocked it out of the park. We need MCU spidy to start fighting like Tobey. I have faith especially with the new movie
and to think that Raimiverse could have been further expanded the more producers started to interfere with Raimi's work he made the acrobatic spiderman only when he swings and dodges shots cool how he gives a realistic fighting style to peter totally instinctive making an experienced brawler
Always thought 2:20 was so simple yet badass. Also Raimi trilogy had the best mid air fights 3:29 6:51 and 8:06. I will always be confused as to why they never did them again it's literally Spider-Man PS4 vibes.
Sam Raimis trilogy is the best as far as I'm concerned. I love the way Toby Maguire's character goes from an innocent school boy look to a mean and determined fighter in no time.
zindagi ek juwa Spider-Man is cocky in his fights and cracks jokes. In this video, all Tobey's Spider-Man does is grunt. Tom Holland's Spider-Man is more accurate and all round better!
3:29 DUDE! Notice how spider man trys closing the distance between him and Doc Oc, when he grabs him and pulls him close Really hard and fast. Lol so bad this spidey is such a good fighter
Still the best fight compilation up to this day. IMO not too short, but not too long, shows only Tobey's fights without any extra padding. Magnifique 😙👌
@@unknownninja1 you're welcome, its a reference to Spider-Man Noir's quote from Spiderverse, found it really fitting because Tobey is a classic and old fashioned version of Spidey
