Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) / FIRST TIME WATCHING/REACTION!!! 

I'm obsessed with the connection with Stan Lee's line about the costume eventually fitting. The first time Miles sees his reflection in the Spiderman costume case he is too short to meet the eyes of the mask. When he goes back the second time to get Aunt May's help his eyes meet the suit's eyes because he has matured into being ready to be Spiderman.

"Why is Green Goblin so big?" Miles comes from another dimension called the Ultimates dimension (because that was the name of the comic books). In that dimension, all of the heroes and villains were slightly different, and Green Goblin in that dimension was huge. A lot of what you see in the MCU was actually from the Ultimates versions of those characters. In the Ultimate comic books, Ultimate Spider-Man died saving Ain't May. He died happy feeling that he finally made up for Uncle Ben.

Every dimension doesn't have a Peter Parker, but every dimension has a spider hero (called a spider totem). There's a lady named Madame Web who makes sure every dimension has a spider totem. The spider-sense works by communicating with other spider totems in other dimensions, so it can also be used to identify other spider totems even if they are from another dimension.

Alchemax needs some explaining. One of the most popular alternate versions of Spider-Man is Miguel O'Hara from the year 2099. He worked for the evil corporation Alchemax, which got him addicted to drugs to force him to recreate the spider that bit Peter Parker. It's basically a big hint for the end credits scene. Spider-Gwen use played by the same actress who played Kate Bishop in Hawkeye, and Vi in Arcane. Aunt May is played by Lily Tomlin. Olivia (Doc Ock) is played by the same actress who played Agatha Harkness in Wandavision.

Peter B. Parker is from our universe based on the names and some of the cut shots they showed. In Miles's universe its the Police Department of New York, Koca-Soda, and MJ was the one upside down when kissing Spiderman. In Peter B.'s its New York Police Department, Coca-Cola, and Peter is the one upside down in the kiss like in the Sam Rami Spiderman film.

My favorite thing about this movie is that will Miles was learning about his powers, they slowed down the frame per second to make him look more clunky. They didn't speed the frame rate back up until he understood how to use his powers fluidly. That's why he moves different than all the other spiders

What I really like about Spidervese is that there are so many small touches. For example: Stan appears a couple of times during the graveyard sequence for just a couple of frames. After Miles trips on his shoelaces, he always ties his shoes from that point. Olivia Octavious has OCtagon-shaped glasses, her light fixtures are octagonal as well, and there's a mechanical tentacle behind her desk. When you see Peter B Parker in the flashback he swings by a Coca-Cola Sign. In Miles's, there's a Koda-Soda one. Implying that Peter B. Paker is from the 616 universe. When Peter B Parker is sitting behind Olivia's desk I'm fairly sure that the angle he's seen in is a reference to the"and I'm just sitting here..." meme. Gwen uses the cover name WANDA in the Brooklyn VISIONs Academy.

I normally don't make movie suggestions anymore, but since you liked this animated movie so much I want to highly recommend the following animated movies: Wizards (1977) The Hobbit (1977) The Last Unicorn (1982) The Flight Of Dragons (1982) No one reacts to these movies and you can "buy" or "rent" a copy to all four right here on RU-vid if you can't find them elsewhere. I would love to see more people get into these unique animated movies.
