@@thelittlemanfromthedraftbo6805 he fought the Chameleon on his own. Back then comic stories were about 10-15 pages long, so a 40 page meant three shorter stories in one book. The first was about Spider-man dealing with J Jonah Jameson for the first time, the second was about him trying to join the FF, and the last story he faces off against Chameleon who was trying to frame him.

Honestly I figured it out like halfway through the target missions because Peter said something along the lines of “Are they all the same person or something?” and my mind immediately went “OH SNAP THEY’RE FINALLY GETTING CHAMELEON INVOLVED!!!”

Yeahhhh the moment I heard his voice I immediately realized what was going on because of the DNA hint

@@scripton_ytNo. You unlock the mission thread that leads up to this after you finish “Stay Positive”, the mission where you have to keep Harry safe as he works on the cure for the Lizard. I know many people think it would be done after the end because of Chameleon’s dialogue here. A slight oversight on Insomniac’s part is that Chameleon still says that line about avenging his brother even if you complete this side mission thread before the end of the game. Some will claim that this “spoils the end”, but the game hints multiple times at Kraven’s fate before this if you pay attention or know anything about Kraven in general (particularly the most famous storyline with him). That said, Peter’s dialogue (and presumably for Miles too if you do this mission with him) to the revelation of Chameleon and Kraven being brothers is different if you do this before or after Kraven’s death.

@@Artimus_Prime what I mean by DLCs is expansions similar to Miles Morales. That’s where I think the studio should go with this. The big team is focused on building the 3rd main game while smaller teams build out an release these expansions to wet our appetite before the last game.

@@Artimus_Prime okay sure, but the point stands. Insomniac likes to tell tighter stories with their game, and honestly I understand why. This game’s story is well paced, takes its time build characters, world build that it flows seamlessly. I have to be honest, the story has more emotional impact, epic moments and flows better than any of the Batman Arkham games. So if Insomniac wants to develop a few bonus standalone games in order to tell a fantastic final chapter. I’m all in, more Spidey content from this universe is a bonus in my book.

@@titan_tanker Depends on the material. He’s no warrior, but he and Kraven have both taken potions to be strong and youthful in the comics.

I could see him as a side mission, or maybe as part of the DLC story since those they’d to be lower stakes. Chameleon isn’t much of a fighter, even against a normal person with a baseball bat, so I wouldn’t be surprised if you don’t play as a Spider (at least not in costume) whilst confronting him.

2028 is probably more realistic, both games got announced 2 years before it come out and released 5 years apart, trailers and announcements will happen around 2025/2026 but based off everything they’ve done, the game would more than likely release in 2028 when the PS6 is around

@@Dachin55555he does but the next game looks stacked no matter what. Doc Ock and Green Goblin both confirmed in post credits, two of the best spider man villains. Carnage will be a DLC for sure, it would be too much to have Spider-Man’s arch nemesis, Former father figure and another symbiote in a different game all as the antagonists. They’ll keep the symbiote storyline to this game and carnage will be the final DLC

First of all you can do this mission during the main story. Second Miles is only the main spider man. Peter will still Spider man on occasion.

I’d say: Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus (main villains) Carnage and Chameleon (having a big role in the main story, kinda like Lizard and Mr. Negative had on Spider-Man 2) Morbius, Beetle and Alistair Smythe as side missions. Wraith as an ally.

There are robot drones across the city. You have to tag behind the drones with your web wings in order to collect data from the drones. Once it reaches 100 percent you can destroy the drones. Once you do all of them you are given the location to Chameleons apartment.
