The programmable matter suit should have been more of an _underground_ inspired suit design. Especially with how the suit is unlocked

I only have two things to add. 1. The Great Responsibility suit's lenses are just expressive TASM 2 lenses. 2. The T.R.A.C.K. suit has the same white chocolate vibe as the 2099 White and Armored Advanced suits.

Here’s a potential video idea: Ranking the different suits across video games (web of shadows, edge of time, etc). Ranking the different suits across animation (90’s, Spectacular, etc)

I can explain the look of the STRIKE suit. The designer said on Twitter he based it on a Japanese hero, Kamen Rider. So the STRIKE suit is more of a biker hero look than a vampire.

The only thing I would change about the Classic suit would be the shades of black. Make the full body a more solid black, and have those kinda barrier-like things (similar to the MCU arm bands) grey to break up the suit. Then it would look absolutely perfect

For number 1, I'm stuck between purple Reign and Uptown Pride: Purple Reign to me looks so vastly different from all the other suits Miles has, and the fact that it comes from his Uncle, who just wants to protect his nephew (despite going about it the wrong way at first) is really touching to me, and adds to the theme of familial connection in the game. The design is just amazing, the combination of purple and green really make the suit stand out and look great while taking down bad guys. This one's got a story moment for me too: I had just got this before meeting with Phin after Miles reveals himself, and the cognitive dissonance of wearing that suit while being basically sold out by the one who made it was really dramatic to me, and that Moment when Krieger's leans into while he's talking to Miles, and he's bathed in green light. I now know that the green comes from the box they are in, but for a hot minute, I thought it was coming from the glowing green visor of the suit. It was just amazing to look at on top of it just being a really good looking suit. However, Uptown pride is an amazing looking suit, and I adore that this suit was made for him by the people, as way for them to say thank you. The gold replacing the red highlights on the suit made it suit feel entirely different when swinging through the city, and the extra detail of the triangle patterning was gorgeous to look at when when in cut-scenes. It really made NYC feel alive and as I wore this during the final fight, seeing that cutscene after as the dust settles, the line "He's our Spider-Man" really hit home in this suit. It felt earned in away that no other suit could have really done, and it was glorious. And that's before the message that suit represent in our world as well: the player gets enough time to really grasp what the mural says without bogging it down with any social commentary, allowing the message to speak for itself: Black Lives Matter. There is nothing but that message in that moment: no political agenda, no "deeper meaning", no parody, and no insincerity or cognitive dissonance. The message is: Black Lives Matter, and that is a message that many would do to remember without the political posturing that so often gets tacked on behind it. The message isn't that "white lives don't matter" or "we need 'give' Black people their lives" or what ever other interpretation one might come up with: Black Lives Matter It's simple statement that so often gets drowned out as people who cry out to the ones who need to hear it, only to be ignored or made lesser. Do not ever respond to this message with something so utterly insensitive as "White Lives Matter". Just don't. If you do, consider this: even if your intent isn't to be obtuse, you trivialize the message and make it seem as if though the gap between whose lives "matter" is much smaller than the reality. The scene where Miles get's the Uptown Pride is elegant in how straight forward it is: panning shot across the parking lot with the Mural center frame, then cut to a low angle shot of Miles in the suit, with Black Lives Matter right over his shoulder. And that's not even going into the imagery of the mural itself. It shows a spectrum: of color and of life. Each person simply being and doing. Showing what should already be an indisputable fact: Black Lives Matter

Purple Reign is amazing but my all-time favorite is Uptown Pride!

I wonder if the sportswear suit was a store bought exercise wear (kinda like under-armour) that was Spider-man themed (Store bought spider-man costumes and plushies do exist in this universe, why not exercise gear?)

My #1 is the spiderverse suit. However there is one flaw in it. In some scenes the suit makes him look super muscular. Like, in spiderverse he was that muscular but the game makes him look super buff and it’s a little takeaway from what he looked like in the movie.

Hear me out, in Spider-Man PS4 2 Peter gets the black suit starts acting different and mj wants to break up so Peter ends up dating black cat, cause let’s be honest she’s not dead, so by the end of the game Peter has got rid off the symbiote and he feels he’s been reckless and breaks up with black cat, he tries to go back to mj but it doesn’t work leaving Peter out of a relationship

Yes it is a normal Spider-Man suit under the jacket. But the thing is.. that suit is a hand me down. But the Great Responsibility suit was a gift made by Peter. Not a hand me down.

I always hated how the sportswear suit didn’t look like Miles’s jacket. Yeah it looks like the one he wore in the rhino mission in the first game but like I would’ve preferred him to wear that black jacket with the timbs instead of the blue jacket and adidas
