What happened was, after the spell was done, in the past all those who were killed by Spider-Man and new Peter Parker was Spider-Man(Toby and Andrew) did forget who Spider-Man was and the scene were the villains in past Spider-Man movies died, didn’t even happen and nor they were killed by Spider-Man because people forgot who he was and he didn’t seem to exist in the past and hence the villains are still alive.

I really hope they make him look as dope as he looks in the trailer. Because I always feel like they portray Tom Holland as a playful kid rather than an independent Superhero like Tobey or Andrew even after Iron Man's death. But this time I have my hopes high, cuz the trailer looks cool, plus Goblin and Octo are back so lets do this!
