Justin, I've watched you since your Arthur Morgan video, in my childhood I loved toys and I was always wishing I could have something like this, you introduced me to 1/6 scale toys and I just got Batman Arkham City, Joker Arkham asylum and of course Arthur. Can't thank you enough, watched all the videos. You rock!

I fear ZD Toys still have armoured suits on the brain when designing this figure as well as the other S-M figure you reviewed yesterday. I'm a huge fan our their Iron Man figures but these.... not so much.

Just got mine Justin, kinda have a love/hate with this figure. I was lucky enough to get a figure with a perfect paint/print. I really love the silhouette or the shape of the figure, it does look like a person wearing a suit as opposed to hasbro/marvel figures that looks too muscular, kind of like a guy on synthol with a painted body. I actually like how the head looks like, again, it looks like a head with a mask pulled on. In neutral pose, this figure looks amazing. Paints are gorgeous, everything looks matte, none of those plasticky shines. Articulation and posabilities, now here is where it goes down the drain. This figure has some of the weird choices of articulation ive ever seen. It has a toe joint but is virtually unusable. the head barely moves, that shoulder pads joints. and that weird chest and ab joint doesnt help much to get this figure in a good pose. It cant even do the poses shown on the packaging well. Overall the figure feels good in hand. Packaging is of good quality. Im quite happy with my purchase since its not too pricey :)

They went with blue possibly because their white/transparent plastic tends to yellow over time, my 2 month old ZD Iron man stand is already starting to show hints of yellowing xD

Well yeah this one would be inaccurate if that's in NWH because the actual suit didn't have those black parts around the waist.

Mafex has the best upgraded suit Spidey figure. Nothing could top that one yet. in my opinion

im still waiting for whiplash figure, the release iron monger so im expecting they release it too

Yikes you got it fast. Imo, compare to the integrated suit this looks nicer. The choice of paint etc are correct. You are pretty lucky to have the eyes aligned, ZD really need to up their game in QC department. I might get it but idk. The shoulder pads tbh arent the worst thing. My only complain w their spidey line is the hands, they dont have relax hands like ironman. All their open-palm hands are meant for landing poses, and not even the good ones cuz it looks so not spidey. 3 toys in i think it's fair to say for now their Spidey line is not that bad. if the head is too big it's because i think he's too tall. like im sure if it's scaled down that proportion of the head would fit to the tom holland's spidey aesthetic. Speaking of shoulder pads, I think ZD toys shouldnt completely get rid of that from the other lines, i mean there are other heroes who can utilize that design. Imo like Cap or maybe Antman or maybe Ultron would looks cool w shoulder pads. Given the right design and sculpt

yeah not really a big fan of zd toys' work on this one, I have the integrated suit one, it's way better. the red part of the suit was a metallic color which is not movie accurate but i actually like it that way NGL.

I feel like ZD Toys is more suited for those who aim for premium-like figures on a budget, below ThreeZero. But for those on a budget, I would imagine Marvel Legends would be suitable just fine. So honestly, idk who ZDT is best for.

What I really disliked about this is the shoulder pads, butterfly joints, chest articulation waist articulation and scale. This is really disappointing. ZD toys had an opportunity with this but blew it.
