Spider-man PS1 Beta - Non Corrupted Cutscenes [NEW BETA DISC]

The original beta FMV cutscenes were corrupted in a bunch of areas (mainly the first one) but thankfully BasstianMC came forward to the community with a beta disc that contained non corrupt versions of the FMV cutscenes.

Thank you for mention me in your video, dude. Im gonna try and keep the disc in the best shape possible. If anybody has questions you can ask me, however, as Anganoff said, i will talk about the disc in an upcoming video.

I used to have this when i was young i didn't know it was the beta disc i don't remember the cutscene on it but the disc broke many years ago

I only ever played the 64 version, which used beta cutscene screenshots. I’ve seen the PS1 cutscenes, but these ones bring a lot more nostalgia for me. So cool!

Dude this video is soooo interesting!! Seeing footage of a childhood classic from a different perspective is fuckin awesome. You are a god among the community. But those landing animations at 6:29 are kinda awkward, kinda glad they got rid of that lol

The landing animation is kept intact for Dreamcast and PC.

If the film roll wasn't completely used up and ejected, then the reel would have been exposed to light, rendering the film useless. I used to shoot with a Yashica E35 before switching to a DSLR. And lemme tell ya, those first two or so rolls of 35mm film ended up being some really expensive paperweights lol

Yeah, they sound the same when played on an actual psx, its most prbably the unfinished audio

Holy shit, is just me or black cat here looks ugly as F, like more that the actual ps1 version. Also, a bow to carnage voice actor, here, without the music and all that you can hear better.

no, no other cutscenes of this build exist, I did make a video recreating what the second half of the cutscenes would of looked like though
