The dialogues and voice acting of this Cletus goes sooo damn hard dude. Despite this game wasn't that good, this is definitely one of my favourite portrayals of Carnage If only the one in Let There Be Carnage were like this.....
Dude, this game's Carnage would have been perfect for Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man given how he started out. He was always a Spider-Man driven more by emotions than morals. Carnage would've brought out a side in Peter that he tried to repress for Uncle Ben's sake, and he wouldn't even need to get the symbiote itself. Kraven also would've been fun. In fact, this game is the whole reason I got into his character.
If only this Cletus Cassidy would be exactly like the one in the venom let there be carnage movie. Even though , this game maybe the worst Spider-Man game but the action was awesome and worth playing. It would've been even better if Gwen Stacy was in it, or Venom as well.
@@peacefulman9369 I’m pretty sure the Seismic Blast helped Peter out a TON in this fight.. not to mention he was using fire as well. It’s not plot armor, my guy- Peter is smart enough to realize his enemy’s weaknesses as they fight.
And Venom 2 would go on to rip off the exact circumstances in this game that turned Kasady into Carnage. But the whole world would fervently pretend that it never happened.
Let’s not act like the ultimate Spider-Man universe of venom and carnage is not as strange if not as terrible as this I am not a fan of venom being a in a test tube and created by mere mortals to improve humanity , or carnage being a happy accident of peters blood. However I do like carnage not having a host and it be more of this unpredictable cannon with no real thought process other than staying alive

Cletus Kasady is like half-Victor Zsazz and half-Joker. He thinks everything in life is meaningless and that no one should live through that (Zsazz). But that everyone has so much darkness and desire to kill and destroy and they should embrace it completely (Joker) to find some semblance of peace because it is absolute and honest. Kinda contradictory. I think only the latter is understandable.
He was given the symbiote by the ravencroft institute. Kassidy was meant to be treated given he's criminally insane, but he was used as an illegal test subject instead. Where Ravencroft got the symbiote is never explained, but they clearly have ties to Oscorp and Fisk, so it could've either been created or found by one of them.
okay so like, this game is obviously very much not good in almost any regard, but this whole section has gotta be the best in the entire game. not just bc it’s Carnage, but bc I feel as though they like actually took some time to explore some themes with it. The thought process behind death and the unknown about it, the fear behind it. It’s interesting to see the dynamic between Peter and Cletus because you essentially have polar opposites realizing how similar they might be. You have a man who hates killing and a man who is obsessed with it, yet they share similar interests and origins. That they essentially want the same things, to bring justice to the world by eliminating the threats posed to it and to try to undo their past in their future actions, whether it be avenging someone else or themselves. it’s interesting to see a character such as Carnage have some spotlight shed on him in a way that not only gives him more character, but allows him to connect with Spider-Man in a deeper way. it’s definitely not perfect, like a lot of it is telling and not showing, but stacked against everything else, this scene really is a diamond in the rough.
Venom literally got disnagrated carnage isn’t coming to Spider-Man 3. Even if he was nobody is defeating him considering how powerful venom was in the game
@@odianosenodigieosazuwa7660 You don't *NEED* Venom to have a story with Carnage. Plus, yeah, he totally showed up in one of the side missions. They're not gonna set him up for nothing. My prediction is that the leftover symbiote in Harry's system will escape him and attach to Eddie Brock, it's here that you will fight Carnage with the help of both Spiders. At least, this is what I hope.
Being honest if shriek wasnt in the movie then it would have been way better because cletus and carnage would have been mire symbiotic u have to be honest LIVE ACTION CARNAGE HAD A AWSOME DESIGN IT LOOKS JUST LIKE THE COMICS
I would take away the crime system in this game Since it's quite annoying and boring this hero or threat crime system and l put more human crime villains like: Scorpion back with an armor,The Sin-Eater with the death of Jeandwolf,Rhino with the armor,Crime-Master,the Rose The son of Fisk Having the motivation of the hateful father and trying to make the father proud and the Enforcers all of them Being Secondary Villains in the missions with the gang war between Hammerhead vs Mister negative As mentioned and placed in the game as a reference and fight spiderman vs Chameleon in the game In the mission we have to follow him and we found a stealth mission And I would put Eddie Brock in the story From this game and a reason for him to hate the spiderman so.. that in the end After the fight against Carnage and his death In the scene after credits the Eddie would win Venom/Symbiote 😁👍 And I would put more fights with Kraven,Green globin/Harry Having reference to Gwen's death as in the movie and Electro including his origin within the game What could it be in the fight against Shocker,there was he suffered accident and Max fell on that machine and became Electro + the Kingpin being the main villain of this game until the end manipulating everything from the beginning. And I would put in that scene that we invaded the prison,there would be several cells with several names of Villains and Villains that we defeated in the game trapped there Including Doctor Connors/the Lizard himself having several references to him Too bad it didn't happen in this game 😔🥺 like and Bye!
Good question. I suppose it was either created by Oscorp and Fisk or maybe it was found. Either way, it's not very Carnage. Cletus is way more like Venom, but without his pronouns being they/them.
how the fuck did carnage born without venom in this game, Symbiote didnt even got introduced in the game or venom and carnage already existed before and their own stories but it just didnt showed in the game or never referenced?!
