It's called blaming the editor, the producer, and the director. I swear you fucking people don't know who to actually criticize and that's why you're best achievement is a youtube comment like
I was at this festival. Forgot how awesome that rendition of Black Betty was. Such a great live band. Seeing them next week on the Gold Coast supporting Queens of the stone age. Can't wait! 😊
to the ones saying "never seen a lead singer thats the drummer..." omg, we have to up your music IQ! Phil Collins, Don Henley and more.. I know its not common but there have been some amazing drummer/lead singers
Maybe referring to a drummer that goes ballistic on the drums at the same time his singing is going ballistic and this double 'ballisticism' is maintained at the highest most frenetic level right through apart from some more quiet, though still fast, heavy, breathy, high energy solid beats, for contrast, then picks up the frenetic again until the BAMBALAAAAMMMM !!!! and the drum kit being seismically bounced at the end. Maybe.
Awesome. I used to have to listen to the original on the radio (Gold 104) at my first job. I remember specifically thinking that someone should re-make it with an updated sound. This was released shortly afterwards and they did such a great job. It was everything I imagined it could be, perfectly executed by Kram and the band. Thanks for reminding me of that experience. Seeing this live version, it seems clear that there was simply something in the air that called this music out of them. I wonder how many others heard this call, and how many stars aligned to have Spiderbait in their prime just absolutely smash it. Well done, bravo : )
I used to live with these guys and years later at a POW gig supporting the pumpkins while crowd surfing I yelled at Janet, ____ me and she leaned in and yelled I wouldn't F you... greatest day of my life
@Saeed because it's absolutely impossible in any way for anyone to have been to that concert, all these people, cant be still alive right? and there is no way anyone would look up/ find a video from his favorite band that he's seen back in the day playing an iconic song. literally impossible I tell you
when Aussie bands were unique, skilled, and innovative. Avalanches, Fireballs, Regurgitator, Frenzel Rhomb shtting all over industry monstrosities like The Living End, Green Day. Proper hard core rave outfits equals of Portishead, Massive Attack, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy, Propellorheads. good times.
Predator 4 Need For Speed Underground 2 on Xbox GTA 5 on Xbox ONE Family Guy Harold & Kumar 3 Guess Who Cop Out Hot Pursuit Dukes & Hazards & Miss Congeniality 2 brought me here Spiderbait verison is way better & I prefer Spiderbait verison better & This song never gets old
its not metal sweet child, its Sneakerpimp era Heroine-days alternative rock. Massive heroin and methadone problems back then, but my friends registered as addicts and sold their methadone to junkies. Fun times.
The punchiest version I've ever heard! Rock on, guys! The editing has rendered it practically unwatchable. STOP.MOVING.THE.CAMERA! Good video! I'm liked and share 564 times :D Best performance of this song ever!
I don't suppose it's ever occurred to all the morons that post comments like these that maybe they record it for the memories? Not every single concert is recorded professionally.
and people think spiderbait created this song bahahahah... "black betty" was actually written by a dope band called "Ram Jam" .. theres ya history lesson kids!!
