There is a Spiderman villain that would give Batman a very hard time at first and that is the hunter. He does prepping like Batman does and would get him by surprise if Batman doesn't know about him.
Yeah, having the resources to do all that is a pretty neat shortcut. Peter is almost always bankrupt, and even when he isn't, Marvel's editors throw some other bull his way so he can't deal with things effectively. Otto had sort of the right idea, but wrong execution. And then his little easter egg bankrupted Peter again, proving that Marvel only knows how to keep Pete unhappy. The man deserves rest.

I think that if Batman has Mr. Freeze's freeze gun that he could take down Sandman and Hydro Man, so I'll give him that. And I really do think that Batman would be the perfect person to truly take down Kingpin because he would be able to fight him both as Batman and Bruce Wayne, and the fact that whatever Daredevil can do Batman can also do is an added bonus. And maybe if Batman loads the Batmobile with amplifiers, then he could remove the symbiotes from their hosts. And yes, he could create or buy a rubber suit for Electro. Batman would be able to defeat some of Spider-Man's foes, but I don't think he'd be able to defeat all of them.
What About Black Cat ( Felicia Hardy )? She's also a Foe to Him ( Spidey ) and a Stealthy Thief who Really Love to Stealing Lots of Shiny Things Such as Diamonds and Gold Jewelries. 🤭

(Facepalms) Not only is this the movie version of Venom which isn't evil, Venom hasn't been a Spider-Man villain in decades. Heck Eddie is one Peter's main allies in the comics. As for Batman's supposed solutions, while weaker then it's comic counterpart, Movie!Venom has been separated from it's host before it didn't work. As for Symbiote Spider-Man, assuming it's the 616 version due to the mention of Paul, the comic version of the Venom symbiote has become far more resistant to sonics as time has gone on good luck with that. (Heck Symbiote Spider-Man even used that fact to take out Bedlam recently) Finally Carnage, (insert J Jonah meme) the guy grew in power to match the power of the King In Black, losing practically all of his weaknesses. Let me put this into perspective the power Carnage currently wields rivals that of the Beyonders who almost successfully destroyed the entire Marvel multiverse. The Bat Family would be slaughtered. So much for Bruce supposed preptime skills.
