I know some people won't like it but the ones with mental illness need to be taken into "protective" custody and taken to a facility where they can be treated. Fund these facilities with the money that was originally supposed to go to building the really fast choo-choo train in this state.
I bet the profit from increased business from giving the homeless homes would pay for it... if we 3d print the homes using the company in sf who can print a home for under 10k
Crime Alley's always exist near the heart of a city it did in Gotham so can in Sacramento, only way to solve criminals near too fear the law,. the homeless need a hand up
