TP writes almost all of his movies. He prides himself as a write. I think he collaborating once. And if he does it's with Oprah. He getting rich off black people and we continue to support his foolishness. He's in a position to let the younger generation know that they are plenty of black lawyers, doctors, engineers, scientists etc. We just ended Black History month. I remember years ago there would be so many black programs on TV. All kinds. Now there none of substance. Just garbage. Because, the producers of today are young and don't have the understanding or knowledge if our black history. They want to keep the higher ups happy and feed us anything and we go for it. I only watched two "for colored girls" I think. It was pretty good(tough to watch but good). I have never seen that Madea stuff . Did he do "daddys little girls" ?that was good too but he's not even close to the great Spike Lee

Tyler had No darn business touching that Alex Cross character. He completely sucked . The villain played by Matthew Fox actually made the movie worth watching.

Not sure why Spike discusses Tyler’s productions, when Spike is in a category of his own. Tyler Perry does not have the intelligence to do better. He is too arrogant to see how truly terrible his body of work is.

Should have been able to see through his foolishness after movie #2 if not #1. I only watched trailers and that was sufficient to avoid his bufoonery. His response to Spike was the same as his response about KK.

Even when he does write educated characters, he doesn't do it well. Like Why Did I Get Married. Nothing against anyone in the cast. They did their best with what they were given. But that script was terrible and ridiculously over the top.
