I love spinach, I use fresh spinach on soups, sauces, lasagne etc. I definitely have to try these. They look really good.

Thank you so much! Truly appreciate it. Actually my mom doesn’t like cooking. She did easy and quick recipes taking a lot of shortcuts (As I do during the week very often😂) but my dad loved cooking traditionally, always from scratch and trying new stuff. Also all his family cooked and it was the only thing people really had in common so it was all they talked about every Sunday. When I moved to Europe I started cooking and realised I knew a lot just from what I had seen and listened and Ive been trying stuff and learning a bit more since then.
