I am coming up on 25 years this year for me, T8. Suffered a stroke during a surgery (my full story is on my channel) amazing to hear how different peoples stories are!
But what about cost? Is it accessible to most ppl. I live in Canada and yes thankfully we have universal health care but I don't think extra stuff like that wouldn't be cover.
hi TA all you need is a hansom guy to push you around town i thimk you are a fighter love to meet you one day stay stronge you are doing great. david early bird
Candy,I've also been in my chair for 18 years now,and I've tried ekso bionics last year myself,it needs practice but it gets better and you can take steps with the help of the device.
I am really glad that these are being manufactured, but how much do they cost? Does insurance even cover any of the cost? Also, is ekso going to make a version that quads.can use? Will people be able to use these without someone there to help keep them from falling? It would be wonderful to actually see a person use a version of this with only thier breath, or a joystick next to thier mouth. WTH, why Not a version of this using brain waves of the wearer! Look how far cell phones have advanced in 10yrs.! But then again, in the 70's it was said we'd be flying in traffic by now in our personal flying cars. Which I am actually glad we can't. Can you imagine air rage, instead of road rage. People getting knocked out of the sky, instead of run off the road!
I dont get why this women wants to walk again she cant do anything for herself because her arms are used to keep her upright, wheelchairs are amazing idk why people are so apprehensive to use one
That’s a nice video, but who in the world told her she was going to be relying on other people all the time? She’s a paraplegic, most people in her position are fully independent.
