Is grade 1 or 2 cureable? I have pars fracture too at L5 and grade 1 anterolisthesis with herniation at l5 S1. I stopped physiotherapy because 2 neurosurgeon told me that at times it can increase the pain. What shall i do? Shall i start the stretches again?
