these practices are for those who had undergone open surgery. if you have endoscopic lumbar surgery, this is not useful. the reacher is not necessary. would definitely prefer sweatpants over trousers. use footie socks.

Can you do LB dressing without the reacher?

for shoes i would recommend kiziks. the world's only handsfree shoe. you simply step into them.
