Thanks! This was another accident that I figured it out. Just happens that the reel tub spacing is just right so that they don’t collide!

I like teacup rides 😊☕ I don't like to spin fast though. I just gently swivel from side to side or slowly and gently spin/whirl/twirl 🙂

That’s what’s great about this ride, you can slow the speed so it’s much more gentle. My mom would never ride these since she was afraid she’d get sick

Nice tutorial ! Do you think it's possible to make it go forward and then backward ? You sometimes see that on these rides, that they first go in one direction, and then in the other...oow, and were did you get the teapot that is shown in the thumbnail picture ?

I will admit, the teapot in the thumbnail is just clipart I added to make it look nicer. I haven't found a good equivalent using the game's scenery. As for going backward, this would be possible if ride was changed to a shoe-string design with a control track that reversed at some point.

So I'm just wondering, how many riders does this handle? 36? 164? or a number I'm not even noticing?

It holds 36 riders. The plugin allows you to change the number of seats per vehicle if you want so theoretically you could have guests sitting in the invisible cars (they’d also be invisible). There’s a Seats value that you can toggle. It’s in the bottom right just above the mass value.

@@openRCT2tutorials OK, so it only seats the visible cars. Good to know, and the best amount to have sorted, to actually make sense, both visually, and park-wise. The way this works out is absolutely perfect!

Great job ! Is it possible to increase the number of cups set ? I noticed a set is composed of vehicles with a step of 15. If we reduce the step, we have another cups set, but not synchronized. Any suggestions ?

You mean having more cup vehicles available for riders? You could use the edit ride vehicles plugin and manually place the cups to where you want them. I did try this with 4 sets of 3 cups. It’s doable but not as easy as the method in the video.

@@openRCT2tutorials Yes, in the video you have 3 sets of 3 cups. My goal is to have 4 sets or 5 sets of 3 cups.

@guillaumecardon I’m not sure about 5 sets since they might start running over each other but I definitely know 4 is possible by manually moving them into position. Takes some trial and error.

Done ! To have 5 sets, you need 44 vehicles. And make visible following vehicles : 1,16,31 - 4,19,34 - 7,22,37 - 10,25,40 - 13,28,43

@@guillaumecardon Wow, you're absolutely right! I just tested and it works great with 43 vehicles. Maybe I'll have to make a Spinning Teacups 2.0 video!
