@@embersonlybbq1 yep, definitely helps for me, at least on the pellet smoker! Usually do like 2-3 Tbsp of baking powder + a teaspoon of salt, toss a few pounds of dried wings, and let that sit in a bag overnight.
Great tip! Will need to try that for the next batch. Love getting to combine two of my great loves: grilling and science. If we can find a way to get Fast and Furious into the mix, look out!
Those look amazing… I love wings on my green egg, but flipping and watch 60-70 wings at a clip, is a drag. Some flare up, you have to pay attention more….this solves those problems…recipe sounds nice & fresh too as opposed to typical Buffalo wings. Can’t wait to try
@@embersonlybbq1 i did around 350-400, i think i must have cooked it around 2 hours for the first batch lol. When i open it didnt have the nice color i was looking for. The second batch cooked for around 1.5 hour and that too didnt came out juicy but was still ok.
