they both could have won. it's should just be a matter of time before one of them figures out the opponenst greatest weakness. let's start with the spino's weakness. the spinosaurus was made to be a fast and quik hunter hunting down much smaller prey, so it's skin was pretty thing compared to that of the sarco and the sarco would kill him in a single bite if he went for the head or neck. He could also just rip a leg off just by biting it. The disadvantige of the sarcosuchus is that crocodillians could close their mouth with incredible strenght but when it comes to opening their mouth they are pretty weak. See an adult could keep an american aligator's mouth closed with two hands. So if the spino started standing and stomping on the sarco's mouth there's not much he could do. Yeah pretty long comment i know.
I agree, so Spino likely would have a relationship with that Crocodile like Hippos and Crocodiles have today,which means sometimes who ambush who first wins, but i guarantee Spino likely would avoid such a fight and the Bull Crocodiles were more dangerous to encounter.
Spinosaurus and Sarcosuchus didn't co-exist... Sarcosuchus dates back to ~112 million years while all the remains we have found of Spinosaurus eagyptiacus are from ~100 to ~95 million years ago. The Spinosaurus remains we found that date back to 112 are from another Spinosaurid species, maybe even a new one...
I personally think a bite on the leg from a sarco would cripple nearly anything and the thick scales deter most other predators from attacking because of being latched onto and having a limb ripped off

You do realise that if sarco were to leap from the water and grab spino’s leg, 99% of the time that would be game over for spino. 9t bite force on any part of the body would instantly crush bone and destroy that limb.
Spinon wouldn't just die such a huge creature would be seen so spino would defend its neck it may break the other bones but spino would royally fuck the sarco from there lmao

@@Bizzo1289 I mean it can only bite one time it can either bite it's hand or leg and it would broke a bone but not enough to kill it and sarco was 4 tons so spino would claw it because it still has one hand because spino eat the other one because 9 tons would pull the hand off so spino claw it with the other hand after that it bites it's neck then drag it to the water then stepping on it's body then biting it's neck pulling it towards him then break the sarcos neck there death and bro just because one has more points or ticks doesn't mean it is stronger that's like saying a big black buff man is stronger than a man with a laser gun and people would say the big buff black man would win because he has more points even though the man with laser can destroy it with east so yea instead of trying to base everything off of points just try to guess how the battle would turn out
These are very out dated facts sarcosuchus grew to 9-10 meters and weighed 3-4 tons. The bite force is also way too high. If you want the best mega croc look at purussaurus
It seems as though Spinosaurus gets abused by the people who are still upset that he killed a Tyrannosaurus Rex in Jurasic Park 3, we demand equal treatment! Lol
Well, in the game Path of Titans where you can play as either of these two, encounters between them do happen. Usually, on land Spino has the advantage, in water Sarco is much more maneuverable and can easily catch Spino in his blind spots.
Great video and I would choose Spinosaurus as a clear and obvious winner because it has those powerful claws on its hands so if anything, Spinosaurus could easily kill Sarcosuchus in my opinion. If anything, I agree everything you said in this video.

@@luvob9556 Yes, but only if you count it's spine. Sarchosuchus was massive and, guess what, it never stopped growing. It had the potential to grow throughout all it's life span. And it's the force was much stronger than that of Spinosaurus.

So everyone forgot that sarcosuchus has armor on its back like modem crocodiles and alligators? Which would mean that spinosaurus would have a tough time getting through sarcosuchus's armor.

I think Sarcosucus was THE apex predator of its time. I don’t believe it could be killed unless it was a juvenile. Can’t even imagine how thick it’s hide would have been
@@sharp7079 sarcoshuchus is not always in water and spino is a land dwelling dino so he would never even go in water and sarcoshuchus is also on land sometimes so spino would most likely win 💯% of the time

I can’t see spino winning that often I would think Sarchosuchus as a crocodile would have extremely thick hide I would think making it almost impenetrable to a spino
Spinosaurus wins 80% on land due to its it's much larger size and claws. In the water, I'd say 60% in favor of spinosaurus, sarco is only 9-9.5 meters/ 30-32 feet long and 3-4.5 tons in weight, not 12 meters/8-10 tons. Spino on the other hand was 15 meters/50 feet long, and 7-9 tons, even in the water, spino wins.
