In this video, I will be sharing how I made crispy spiral curry puff, using homemade curry paste from my previous video.
These take quite some time to make, especially the dough, in order to create the spiral layer effect. But in the end these curry puffs are crispy, flaky, and delicious.

Ingredients:
1 onion
1-2 potatoes
250g chicken meat
3/4 cup curry paste
2 eggs
1/4 cup curry leaves
1/2 cup water
Water dough:
2 cups plain flour
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water (add slowly)
Oil dough:
1 cup plain flour
1/3 cup melted butter (add slowly)
