So weird I just saw a necklace on antiques roadshow and it was like this and I thought how on earth do they do that, then ur video pops up. Does Google read minds now? Amazing work how brilliant is that. Very clever.
When making the spirals, I use a rawhide hammer to stiffen up the wire without distorting it lightly or rubber mallet lightly because you go through all that just even settings it must be important❤
This is among the most helpful videos Nicole and I thank you for it🙏🏼. I really want to make a bracelet with this weave, you broke it down to a much more manageable portion. I love your way of thinking!!. ♥️
I just love this technique. I am having trouble getting my piece to 7" in length. First of all I struggle with the third piece, the first two are just fine. Coiling the third one is so difficult. Is there a trick to this? I tried again today and got it to 6". I need a little help here. Any tips? Please?
I am in love with this technique! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and process with us all. With this technique being your mastered design you may have an understanding of where I am struggling. I have made 5 or 6 of the guide swirl pieces thinking maybe that is where I have gone wrong. I went through with one of the guides and made coils using all of the 24 g wire I had only to have them not join correctly when I went to twist the coils together. My coils are more lining up together rather then linking at the top of the last coil so you are able to spin the next one through the top of the coil. I hope that even makes sense. 😂 I’m sure this is a user issue but maybe you have an idea of what step I’m going wrong with? Any help would be lovely.
