Hi there welcome to my channel Thrifty Journal Shop! My name is Amber if you are new here welcome! Today I’m going to share a flip through of my spirit animal journal. I made this journal to help me work through some grief I was going through after loosing some of my family pets. I find journaling to be very therapeutic and healing. I hope you enjoy this video and that it may help you to work through some healing and give you some ideas of how to do so.🩵

I love this video, Amber. Thank you for sharing and opening your heart to us. Such a special journal filled with love and wonderful memories of all the animals in your life. Such a wonderful way to work through grief and then you have a lovely souvenir afterwards. Your journals are amazing.

This is adorable, Amber. You are absolutely right about this kind of journaling helping us work through grief. Animals have always been a really big part of my life and the heartache of their shorter lives means I have loaded and been loved a lot! ❤

Hello, this is a beautiful video! I love my fur babies. I lost my two girls during COVID. Our pets give us unconditional love. I can't imagine my life with out them. Thank you.❤❤❤
