100% What I was looking for. The unleavened bread, the truth without any exaggeration. Thank you God bless the person who made this possible and those watching!!!
Yes l will agree mr nash and others were key to the power of Holy Spirit out pouring in these revivals.... There were other important keys that were instrumental When Finney put the emphasis on the individual for his sin and which through the power of Holy Spirit brought deep conviction and deep repentance which was followed up with a Baptism of the Holy Spirit this brought a total transformation which lasted in many who received this..! Prayer is so important but also the real truth must be preached...
But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:8-10)
Genesis 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. Psalms 34:11 Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD. Isaiah 6:13 But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof. Numbers 22:12 And God said unto Balaam, Thou shalt not go with them; thou shalt not curse the people: for they are blessed. Song of Solomon 1:3 Because of the savour of thy good ointments thy name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee. 2 Corinthians 12:21 And lest, when I come again, my God will humble me among you, and that I shall bewail many which have sinned already, and have not repented of the uncleanness and fornication and lasciviousness which they have committed. Romans 3:19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. Revelation 1:2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. Acts 15:29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
Jesus taught us to pray with a form. Hence, forms are not intrinsically a problem. In my experience, it is good to have a regular form of prayer, like a list of requests, that you vocalize to God on a regular, daily basis. I call this the work of prayer, and it is best accomplished first thing in the morning. I know what he is saying, though. I have tried living only on sporadic, spontaneous, unstructured prayer before, and it is simply no good. It is also, in my opinion, very disobedient. I am sure Charles Finney would agree with me, were we to engage in conversation about it. (Alas, death is such a bummer!) I recommend starting every day with structured prayers. Let your requests be made known unto God, and give Him the thanks due for all His many blessings. It is how I know what the Holy Spirit wants to do. If the Holy Spirit does not alter a petition (change it, or cause me to scratch it off completely) for a week or more, I begin to have real evidence that it is something He inspired, and therefore intends to bring to pass. I call disciplined, regular prayer the grist mill of prayer! In so doing, petitions become prophesies! Now, the work of prayer alone will produce a stagnant Sadducee (that is why they are so sad, you see?), but without the work of prayer you can become a Charis-maniac! Totally ungrounded, and open to all sorts of lying signs and wonders. I would postulate that combining the work of prayer, and the pleasure of conversation with God, constitutes praying with all prayer!
@@Rileyed Knowledge puffeth up is the cry of the weak, lazy, and stupid. It is like those carnal babies who cry out Judge not, when Jesus clearly commanded us to Judge Righteous Judgment. Like other people these days, perhaps you have fallen victim to the hymn singing social clubs that worship the false Christ of the Soft Cushy Cross. That which is quickened in you "by God" is only able to be known to be by God if objectively verified by consistency with objectively revealed truth. Those are two witnesses required to establish any true understanding of anything. Add to your faith virtue, and to your virtue knowledge. Yes, knowledge puffeth up, but it also builds faith, as faith is the "evidence" (objectively observed, and logically reasoned from that) of things hoped for, etc. Perhaps it is time to end this, as your initial comment bore no true relation to my original post. You misread based on defensiveness, it would appear. I could be wrong, of course.
I got this reply on this thread before he deleted all his comments. He clearly did not read my post. RL Edwards IV replied: "William Stanley telling people you don’t read their words is rude. Telling a speaker his entire sermon is error is arrogant. You come off as arrogant." Telling you I did not read past the first line that I was commenting on was politeness. If you think not reading it was rude, then you are a control freak who has to be listened to because he loves the spotlight. Or something like that. LOL I cannot find any line where I said his entire sermon was in error. But, I am just going to have to live with the pain of knowing that a random unknown person on the internet has a low opinion of me. Well, that's over. And, guess what? There was no pain!
@@mikelewis3612over looks that and take what you need to make life, for I believe God will aloud us to hear this message so that we will know what we need to hear and do what we need to do to see the Victory of Christ in our lives
Let God alone lead you into all truth. Remember one waters and one plants but it is God that gives the increase. If God is truly nudging you to minister to anyone, then the Holy Spirit will give you the words to say in that divine moment for every encounter. He knows the hearts of mankind.
Share with her she is not different from any other blinded person and pray for her that the Lord will change and convict her of sin... it's the spirit of God that transforms and convicts people you can't do it in your own strength!!!
@@paulinek1858 start praying for her every day, share the word of God with her with love and encourage her to receive Jesus as her Lord and Master because it's only through Christ that we can receive satisfaction in our soul and quench the hung in our spirit, it's not through relationships with women or men, it's only Jesus... hopefully those words will help you...
@@kuteesaemmanuel7373 thank you, pray for me too to discern when to share to her the gospel and when not. Pray God for me that God gives me the right words and that He reminds me of His word which i ought to tell her
