The dual “circle with me” part is unbelievable. Also it’s so nice to see how much they both enjoyed this and that Courtney was willing to not only share, but give to stage to Tatiana

Not only is a Josh a terrific bass player, an amazing singer... but he also mixed/mastered this performance.

This performance is so beautiful. It really shows how epic harsh vocals are in the right context. The melody and the growls work so fine together.

Besides all the greatness of Courtney and Tatiana, let's not overlook how nicely Josh's harmonies blend in at 9:02

The first time I saw the official video, I had a very visceral response even though I knew Tatiana was going to be in the video. When Tatiana walked out stage, I got goosebumps, and I even had a tear. This is how much charisma she has.

They sound absolutely incredible together. They have different tones and textures and they blend beautifully. Spiritbox should release a colab album. These performances with Tati, Poppy and Sam plus more.

9:00 I've seen reactors mention this harmony but never give the bassist, Josh the love for it. He's the one providing the true harmony. He only sings a few lines throughout the song, but that's the time where it really sticks out.

I was there. I was already planning on seeing Jinjer’s set later that night, and I was so excited. You have no idea how loud I screamed when I saw Tatiana come out. They had already brought out poppy and I figured they were going to bring out Sam Carter because of their song with him (they did), but I was not expecting Tati to come out at all. They absolutely killed it. Watching all of these reactions to the recording shows how lucky I was to get to experience that.

The A/B comparison of voices in this is really interesting. Tatiana did such an awesome job. She told a few of us at the Denver VIP event that she was nervous about performing someone else's song for this without rehearsal but as usual she performed perfectly under pressure. They were both winging it when it came to how to chop it up except for maybe the first two verses and they made all the right choices. Talent.

I was there!!! That was an epic performance that was part of an epic set where she also duetted with Poppy on "Soft Spine" and with Sam Carter on "Yellowjacket"! It felt like a once in a lifetime experience but I hope you get to see something like that in the future Chris! Spiritbox is always one of my favorite festival performers....

I love the moment the true fandom comes out of Chris, Josh mixed this one in post, during the live show some of the mics didn't pick up Tati's voice and didn't give that full blend we hear in this video

It's always great to see artists collab and genuinely enjoying it, you can see Tati smile as her and Courtney cross over on stage just before they start the harsh bit, like she's thinking "this is going to be awesome!" Same with Poppy and Sam, and also when they had Will Ramos do "Holy Roller". All goes to making a great song even more so.

Chills for days when I watch them together. Especially at the biggening of the last chorus when they sing the first line together. Absolutely perfect.

Thank you Chris for reacting to this gem, and iI can totally relate to how you reacted - when I watched this for the first time, I was GIDDY! In fact, it took me a moment to realise what I found so fascinating about this until it clicked - both Courtney and Tati are *equals* on stage: We've seen many "featuring X" collabs in metal, but in many cases that guest does simply one verse or some screams or cleans in the background, and to me, personally, more often than not, it doesn't feel as organic as it could/should. This doesn't necessarily mean I won't like such a song, but it has a harder time convincing me what makes that collab worth it. HERE, as soon as Tati hits the stage, both of them sing cleans and growls in almost equal parts throughout the song, and for lack of a better word, you get to be "surprised" how they will perform the next part of the song. If you didn't know the original, it would almost feel like it was written for two vocalists, and I love their approach to split the vocals between them in this way. With the final part of Tati with screams and Courtney singing cleans being absolutely EPIC! AND it is SO COOL to see both of them having so much fun on stage together!

You should do a video about their bassist Josh Gilbert(former As I Lay Dying) and his vocals. He's got some nice backing parts for spiritbox. But his vocals with aild were great. I hope to hear more of him in future spiritbox songs

Im quite adicted to this song, didnt had this effect in the last 20 years, reminds me to old 2000 mtvs nu metal songs. spiritbox have a huge potential they just need better production, better dudes in the back making the songs, you know lyrics, melodic and stuff. I tried to hear all the other songs but sounds generic but this one its just amazing because they use screamings, and melody in just special parts in just moments not allways
