My favorite book is «the power of now» and i think everyone should read it because it helped me more than anything. And i have given it to a couple of people and they said it helped them, even one guy came out of a mental hospital because of it and i think thats amaaazing. I am soooo happy i found it and got help from eckhart through the book and his videos. I was very very depressed for many years and FULL og anxiety and all i knew was i wanted to get out of it. So i tried to forget and i tried so many things that just made it worse. But when i discovered the inner body thats when my whole life just turned up side down but for the better❤️ i am sooo grateful for this and i will never forget what i learned. Its been 4-5 months with consistent inner body awareness now and ive never felt better sober❤️i love u all❤️

Deeper, transcendental truths ; unfortunately remaining unknown and ignored in the life of most of the people till the end. 🙏🙏🙏

My children are adults now but over time I became aware that I had been a "good" parent but as I felt I had missed their soul. This makes sense ! I was so serious about being a good parent, healthy, polite, compliant and conditioned children run by do or don't do conversations! The paradox is that "good" parenting was the essence of ""bad" parenting. Fortunately we all came through and are able to do better. Thank you Eckhart.

Thank you Eckhart. I was at a point where I was able to find awareness and witness easily. I saw my ego decide a bit of pain might help keep me going in the right direction and didn’t believe it mattered as I was at that point able to switch to awareness to feel safe again. Halfway through the day yesterday I realised I have managed to put myself in unconsciousness unable to get out and the same today, I know it’s me, my painful conditioning taken over but can’t seem to find the will to let go of all my extreme pain this time for awareness. This meditation helped me find some presence just by listening and breathing with eyes closed. I am trying not to keep using thought to enter into presence as it doesn’t take long for pain body to create a trap door. I am ok now but can feel the pain body laying low, ready to take over as soon as it can. Thank you 🙏🏼 for sharing this precious space. I wish everyone to awaken as peacefully and divinely as possible. 💫💙

I am in my deepest heart like a child, willing to give up any weight that weighs me down, yet as irresponsible like a boat without a radder, my responsibilities pricks me. Early this year, while Fasting I came across 'The Power of Now' and devoted an hour of my early mornings to reading it. 'Corgi to ergo sum' had always been my believe, but miraculously, I could separate myself and my mind. I was empty yet full. January pass, had to resume work. Back to my daily tasks, the duties, responsibilities, winnings and strategies. It took a while by the time I lost my joy that I realized that I was no more in the presence but lost in the Wills of Tomorrow and lessons of yesterday. To be frank, afraid of a free fall or rather a General losing a war, I resorted to my old self, for I needed to be whole not divided in the battle field. I am a Christian, yes and really miss what the Holy Spirit provides. But sometimes I drink, need something to pull myself together with. But I can't help it, for when I am NOT divided, I conquer, I thrive, am responsible, I provide and protect my family, I cater for my parents but this adulthood has robbed me of being like a Child. We Igbos call it 'Ikenga' a strong Chi of an individual. A drive to wake up, win and achieve. Is being in the presence actually letting go or is it letting go for a stronger inner man whether it be accomplishing in nature, manifest?

It seems there are things I'm not able yet fully understand. I am aware of the ego and pure consciousness and I am able to tap into the presence often (not for a long time, but still). I still have a constant battle in my head. One part of me wants to just be present, enjoy every second of life, feel the energy of everything and live calmly in the mountains in a small house. But the other part of me wants to build something big, earn something (yeah even money - not to be better and more rich than others and build strong ego, but to enjoy some normally unavailable things and secure my family), and be reckognized somehow in this world. If I'm in a fully present state i have tendency to really not care about anything and I have no desire to build something in this world. Yet the state is enjoyable, but the other part of me wants to do these things, not egoisticly, but to achieve and make this world a better place not just for myself, but others. As you type about lose of your sense of identity (name, job etc.) - Somehow I really don't want to do it. I respect my parents and I want to make them proud and honor them and I don't want to lose my identity, my name, all good aspects of my personality and the way I am. Yet I wan't to live fully in present without EGO. When I obtained my college degree it seemed that my parents were more happy about that than me. I want to be happy about my achievements and share the happiness with them but in the present moment it seems I can't do it. So I'm very confused about that and it's a thing I somehow cannot understand yet. I don't know if y'all understand me, but I would be glad if there's somebody who could explain this to me..... As well as a person with a yet small company with few employees I have to sometimes be authoritative. Sometimes I need to use negative motivation and be tougher than normally on them. If I want to build something.. something which the society will benefit from I just need to do it. Everybody knows that and it's a concept which is done for a decades and it's working like that. If i wouldn't do it, my employees (as a normal people) would instantly use me or use it to somehow cheat on the job and thus slow the grow of the thing I want to build. I need to be performance oriented to do my job right. Yet it seems I am not able to do it in pure present state. I am really wondering about how to connect the business focused on performance and the present moment and living without ego. How to work harder than other companies and still be present and without ego. I am really battling with myself and I can't understand it yet.
