Your Spiritual Heart is the Center of You. It is the portal to the infinite Source of Life Force Energy often referred to as the vacuum, the quantum filed, Source or God. By holding it in your awareness at the same time you hold your chakras in your awareness, the high frequency life force energy from the Spiritual Heart will flow into your chakras transforming the vibrations that are held there.
All energy carries information. The energies held within the chakras are from our life experiences, acquired from our conditioning. These are often of lower frequency, not to mean 'bad', just more restricted belief systems, that cause us to feel limited. The energy held within the Spiritual Heart contains the wisdom of your Soul. This is why the energy feels like bliss. Bliss is the feeling of Unity. Unity is Wisdom. The higher always transforms the lower. Simply by holding the Spiritual Heart and your chakras, or any part of your body that needs healing, in your awareness at the same time transforms the lower energies.
We are One. We are the field of energy surrounding and penetrating the physical reality. The more we know ourselves as This the greater health, the greater happiness, and the more powerful we become.
