First-time caller Michael details a 2018 spiritual experience where he felt something like lightning within him. God then told him (in a psychic "voice") that Michael was the Biblical prophesied messenger of the end times. Michael gives further fantastical stories of miraculous events as proof, but will not provide any concrete evidence the hosts can independently verify. He ignores their repeated requests to know why they should believe him. Michael then claims God moved his hand to type a name into Google revealing who Michael believes is the Antichrist, but he admits God did not actually tell him to call the show. As the hosts grow increasingly frustrated with Michael's refusal to directly answer questions or provide proof for his far-fetched stories, Matt curses at him until the useless call finally ends with Michael being banned

If you're gonna get struck, you want the lightning to be able to ground itself, rather than not be able to move through your shoes and get stuck in your body. When a car gets struck by lightning, it's not the rubber tires that keeps everyone inside safe, it's the frame guiding the energy away from the people inside. The tires actually make it more unsafe, as the electricity in the car takes longer to ground.

This reminds me of a period in my life that I was selling one computer platform (as a career) but was subconsciously believing that the competitor platform was better. I suppressed this and tried to make arguments for why the thing I was selling was really best, until one day at 2AM after drifting to sleep I was awoken by a bell sound that reverberated for miles and made my whole body vibrate. Then a disembodied, loud, clear but gentle voice told me to embrace the computer I really wanted. A great weight was lifted from me and I almost cried. Nobody else woke up, leading me to understand that the bell and voice I'd heard was somehow within me. The point is: If the thing I'd been subconsciously struggling about was a religion and I had this exact same brain experience, I can imagine I might conclude it really was a spiritual event of some kind.

I am surrounded by christains and can't go and challenge them on their own soil because it would be rude and arrogant of me. Also, there's been conspiracies about Leto since at least 2016 saying he's in a cult or some nonsense. It's "Entertainment Tonight" hollywood bs and most likely started by Leto himself as a marketing/self promotion campaign to try and stay relevant. It is not unique, special or newsworthy in any way and there's certainly nothing supernatural involved. If god is actually worried about Jared Leto's crazy antics and isn't worried about war, famine and disease then god is f'n pathetic.

Oh, it’s easy to find. Out of sheer curiosity I just googled Jared Leto and the New World Order and it popped right up. It’s on squarespace. 155 pages of sheer lunacy. 🤪 But I might read through some of it, for entertainment purposes. Who knows?
