One of my favorite videos. I love the self care tips. My self care is saying my affirmations every morning and connect to Source while drinking hot tea or coffee. Nightly bath soaks with Zen music and candles or buying myself a fresh bouquet of flowers. All brings joy to my soul.

Hi Elemi, You look very pretty in Aqua Blue. Your smile lifts my spirits. The New Moon came and I suddenly didn't feel well. I think I ate something bad. I felt like someone punched me in the gut. It's been two days. I think I am feeling better. I had a dream. I was in the embrace of angels. I was in a church. There was a youngish man who looked ill. He was standing to the side looking at me. I used to visit aids patients years ago. Some of them had sores all over their bodies. The man, in the dream, was weak and he had sores. I thought maybe it was a spirit who is watching over me. It looked like St. Lazaro. The angels were beautiful. I do need to move. It feels like toxic energy. The minute I go out I feel better. It has to be the environment. The car needs repairs. I need brakes. I can't drive safely too far. I made a space for a candle and a cold glass of water. I burn incense. It actually lifts the energy in my space. I'm making black salt. And I bought some new crystals. Self care. It is important.
