Hello again Brad! Took a while for me before I had enough free time this week to listen to the new SWR, but I am glad I finally did so. I've done quite a bit of progress with handling my anxieties and insecurities as well as getting a better grip on injustices in the world since the last Spiritual Weather Report back in April 2022. I do spend more time worrying about things in the world which I have a realistic chance of affecting and less time worrying about problems I can't do much to affect at the moment. A sign I have become more skilled at identifying the relevant challenges I face in life right now + the practical methods I need apply in order to solve them + spend as much of my waking life as possible on doing that. The key for me has been realising that so much anxiety in my life is the result of my brain's problem-solving faculties either focusing on problems that aren't the most important right now, or picking the wrong strategies for the challenges that are important. On the basis of that insight, I have started re-programming my brain by: 1) Compiling all the texts/videos/audio clips from which I've learned about ways I (and humans in general) have more agency in life than I used to assume. Most of those I use right now are videos from the Kurzgesagt channel here on RU-vid, lectures and texts by Alan Watts as well as various CoreLight media. 2) Reading/listening/watching to those early in the morning just after having woken up, as well as just before going to sleep, as often as possible. 3) Whenever I feel the impulse to look for new problems in the world other than those I am actively doing something about right now, I either resume working on one of those things or I return to a text/video/audio from the "positive reinforcement library" I mentioned in the first bullet point. (I have realised that I have a textbook psychological addiction to worrying about the state of the world and need to process this as any other addiction) 4) Re-orienting my lifestyle to become healthier on as many levels as practically possible, it's amazing how much more satisfied you become with your own life and the world you live in the better shape you are in physically. Very interesting that you spend so much of this SWR talking about the importance of reconciling with your parents. I have become more aware myself which influences from my parents have been useful in my life and which have not, however in the latter cases I've finally realised hat if influence I've taken from my parents had a negative impact it's ultimately my responsibility to discern when advice/ideas/etc I've absorbed is useful and when it isn't. One of my closest friends right now keeps telling me "you fail your teachers by not surpassing them" and that is a good rule for me to keep in mind in that context. The gratitude function is another thing I have started doing recently. I frequently remind myself how fortunate and privileged I am in the Earth's history to be a multicellullar vertebrate lifeform with the level of intelligence and tool use capability humans possess, living in a point in human history where technological advancement and international human cooperation on the scale necessary for me to write this right now in a RU-vid comments section is even possible. All of which are anomalous in the history of this planet so far, even before considering that I live in one of the most prosperous and stable societies on the planet with an unusually good healthcare system and unusually low crime rate. (Denmark to be exact) The more often I keep reminding myself of how rare the conveniences I take for granted on a daily basis are both internationally and chronologically, the easier it becomes for me to handle the anxieties I mentioned above. On a final note it's interesting that you have started following the work of Steven Greer because he is quite controversial and divisive a person in UFO circles. However, he used to be more respected back in the 1990's than he is now. The multidimensional hypothesis you mention regarding UFOs and their occupants is one that Jacques Vallée and John A. Keel been considering since the 1960's at least, so I wager Greer has it from those 2. This does for me raise the point of whether my opinions I have of certain figures, their ideas and so on are ones I have actually formed myself or when I am just going by received wisdom from other people. I can get useful information and ideas from people without "buying the whole package", a lesson I learned specifically from reading the books of John A. Keel in fact so maybe I should see if I have been underestimating Greer in that regard. Many thanks as usual!

Hi, Simon. It's great to get your update, and as always, I'm happy to know the Spiritual Weather Report is supportive to you. My apologies I don't have the time for a detailed reply, but I just wanted you to know I've read your comments and appreciate your sharing. As for my response to the question asked about the UFO issue: All I can say is that I've learned how important it is to rely on intuition and discernment and to practice neither believing nor disbelieving nowadays. That's true not just for the UFO issue but for everything, of course. My personal experience of Dr Greer is that he has great integrity. Whether I'm listening to him or researching other material, I'm always relying on my own intuition/discernment and practicing neither believing nor disbelieving. This is a practice that serves well and is, in fact, essential. It supports the all-important process of Witnessing, which is one of the foundations of Self-realization. I hope this is helpful! Again, thank you for your feedback and participation in the SWR calls and in the field of love. And congratulations on your continued breakthroughs in consciousness. With love, Brad

@@bradlaughlin6194 Going to give Steven Greer another chance then. I used to be similarly dismissive of John A. Keel as well, but today I have learned quite a few important ideas and a lot of interesting information from him despite not being on board with all his conclusions. If you haven't read Keel yet I recommend you start with "Visitors From Space" or "UFOs: Operation Trojan Horse".
