Brilliant video again 👍I've been watching your vids for about 10 years and you've given me great advice The trouble is I'm 51 been doing it for 27 years and I'm stuck in a rut and like you frightened to put my prices up 😟!!!

Speed/efficiency and accuracy, being in the middle is best. Racecar drivers are fast, corners are cut though, a slap and tickle job. On pricing, done right it's part-time work for full-time pay, high volume low profit means more work. A coworker once said let's race, I said " let's not and say we didn't".

Great video Chris, I am normally around 25 seconds per window the same as you have just done, as long as its done correctly and it's left clean and you and the customers happy I don't think it matters if its done in 10 seconds or 1 minute really

I knew a guy who changed from ladders to water-fed pole and some of his customers start commenting on how much quicker he was and wanted discounts LOL But this quick method would be great if you're in a hurry and a neighbour asks you to squeeze them in before your next job...zip around them and charge a nice fee ;-)
