Splash drone 4 vs (Android) Google Pixel 4 

My Google Pixel 4 doesn't work with my Swellpro Splash drone 4, does yours?
LMK if its my phone in particular or not. I did exchange several emails with Swellpro over this issue. I was instructed just to use a different device.
Swellpro said they know of this issue and promise it will be fixed with an update. In the mean time I have been using my old Samsung galaxy s6 but i know others have been having trouble with their android devices.
