@@Verysickbeats loved you for years Brova, just now getting around to finally be able to purchase your products after childbirth! Thinking about the X, do you have a video or plan to do one in the future?
Thanks for a fabulous video presentation on this awesome drum machine! It's got the Sly Stone "Fresh" vibe! You saved the day with the exporting directions!! Thank you so much!!
For the whole track muting thing, there’s a good workaround with an external midi controller or scene, you can map the amp level to 0 and it’ll mute the sample but not the track, so the effects will ring out.
This was my early Xmas present this year. My only wish is to have pads mute each other. I hit up customer service and they said it’s not an option now but maybe in the future. But this thing is phat af, I wanna throw away half my samples 😂
I have a question. When you dragged Chump kit into Logic, You already had a Splat Midi track. How did you get that? Awesome video by the way. I have this on MAC and iOS. Keep up the good work fam. Peace and Positive Energy!
Never mind, I figured it out. You used it as a vst plugin and renamed the track “Splat MIDI”. Got it. Have you used this with Serato Studio yet? If so, can you please make a video of that? This channel is so informative. Bless you sir. 🙏🏾
The thing that I've wanted out of these drum sampler vst's is 16 levels. Not just pitch, but velocity as well. Other than that, I don't really have a use for these vst's since I have FPC. Hopefully someone will come out with one that has a full 16 levels.
Yes, our app does that given you have velocity pads. The harder you hit the pad, the louder the sound and the softer you hit the pad the softer it gets. You can program this per pad and you can even add a velocity curve.
@@GospelMusicians I'm talking about automatically like this, not manually adjusting for each pad. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UAe3jshnv8E.html
So you can not just throw that midi into daw from the aps interface button or smth? You have to save it somewhere and the manualy drag ndrop from saved folder to DAW?? Thats terrible... I mean GM makes great sounds but their interface is just so retro. Same goes with synchronisation. You should just turn it off with one button on the main i interface, not go to options. Or that wrench icon... Why cant they just put seperate icons on every pad for effects and control? I wanted to buy it but now Im not sure...
I bought it a few days ago and as much as I love GMs vsts I’m a little unsure about this one. The price is definitely right for all the sounds it includes but to me a lot of kits sound similar. I’ve been through like a 1000 sounds and I don’t think I’ve heard a cowbell yet. I don’t recall hearing a triangle in the R&B kits but I could be wrong. 90s R&B songs are full of triangles. I agree, why can’t you export right to the timeline or track, why export out of the entire session and back in? It also seems inconvenient to go into a different screen to uncheck sync so all the instruments don’t play if you’re trying to use only one sound. I’m sure it’s a great tool once I get a feel for it.
@@GospelMusicians thanks for the info, that will be a nice feature. I hope to see in future updates more loops in the genre of 90s slow R&B, and also G-Funk. Out of 750 loops, 500 of them sound in the style on boombap. 10,000 sounds and nothing that sounds in the style of Quiks Snares, Battlecats claps, Zapp & Roger claps, or maybe some loops that could sound more along the lines of west coast rap. I love all your guys vsts but there is way too much boombap sounding kits in my opinion. Peace and God bless
2 different animals. Tympo has more flexibility over the drum patterns but Splat has more customization control over individual chops and 1 shots. Both are great but for different reasons
Can anyone confirm the multi-output option can send sounds to individual outputs WITHIN a DAW? The product page and manual only mention multi-outputs to multi-channel audio devices. Does the plugin itself have multi-outputs like Kontakt and other drum plugins?
Right click on the wrench on top right of the pad you want to choke, look for drop down menu and click play modes which gives u several options, the one that says Normal or Disable Sustain normally chokes the sound
