@@matthewkresconko6196 I can sew why you would feel that way. It's not like he stopped making completionist content, he just dropped his splatoon 2 video recently and I really enjoyed it. He's not jontron or anything, and I also am not one of the rabbid G4 haters. It sucks that we lost black hokage as he became my other favorite besides Jirard. Hope he doesn't get the same treatment
I thought this channel was dead ever since frosk went on that unhinged rant about sexism in videogames. Nice to see you guys still have the lights on for now.
"Also, voice chat in game would be helpful." No it wouldn't. Please see COD voice chat for why. It's that kind of unsupervised 14-year-old-having-a-meltdown screeching is why most people turn off in-game VC; usually within their first few matches. So in the end, you'd have a function almost no one uses because those that do are toxic and foul-mouthed 14 year olds (either literally or emotionally). There is no way in hell Nintendo will let one of their own games be so directly and strongly associated with kind of crap. I think you've forgotten what in-game voice chat is like for the average, non-streaming player. Maybe take a peek into the COD beta, off-stream and without friends, to see what Splatoon would become with in-game VC.
I ink it depending on my weapon. the trishot and full autos Ill be inking home base, but anything thats better to splat players with I start just making a path to my ambush zone.
Don't pizza shame me, Jirard! Sometimes I like sweetness of pineapple to help the savory part of pizza! This will clearly be the meanest and most controversial comment on this video. I am not taking questions at this time.
Exactly! Like to pave into the the opponents home base and hopefully someone follows. But I get splatted 99% of the time while my teammates are staring at a wall seemingly....
Given how Nintendo usually add extras via free DLC, I'm certain we'll see something new and different eventually. After all, we see the Squid Sisters and Deep Cut in Story mode, but we yet to see Off the Hook. As annoying as it is, it's pretty much expected by Nintendo at this point to expect special DLC for their games later down the line.
@@travisfrazier3407 that part to me is wild, I feel like this was a leftover from them trying to repurpose flood. And the ink mechanics in that game are very similar. Which is why they included the reference mission in 3
Between Mario strikers (which you gave a 4/5) and Splatoon-3 I would pick splatoon any day. Significantly more content ways to play and better lobby options between games its truly the better game. I bring strikers up because of its lack of content and customization. It's fun for a week then has nothing bringing you back S3 is truly a successful step up from last game and learned how to please their community and keeps bringing me back for more. Personally I feel it's a 5 and a must have on switch. Oh and the music is non stop bangers!
@@adamdesimone2658 I mean, there are plenty of things to do besides play online. Just saying... Lol if you like it, try it. If you know you are gonna play when the game gets patched, just buy it whenever. Lol
Omg who taught these children to color? It's so important to color the entire base! Keep that blasphemy away! Pineapple on Pizza with ham or/and bacon /and or bbq pulled pork is the bomb! This game is a 4.5 out of 5... Not something xplay gave Nintendo very often back in the day
I mean to be fair. Ink is never in these colors. I’ve always heard people say the goal is to paint the whole map not ink the whole map, but I’m not big into the splatoon scene.
@@vintageoriginallegit .... dude.... its INK..... there isnt anything else to it. Saying paint your turf is fine but if you call the INK pain, you are wrong. Like how you can PAINT a room with the blood of your enemies or something. You wouldnt call blood paint in that case and its the same with ink in this one. Not only is it inconsistent, its wrong. Lol
