Octavio and Cuttlefish are friends now and Inklings and Octolings live in harmony now. It's actually rather fitting when you think about what both characters had to go through to reach this point.

Calamari Inkantation is not actually a song per se from the Squid Sisters althought they sing it. It seems this song was created a long time ago and it was used to stop the wars between Inklings and Octarians/Octolings, since it seems the song kinda pacificates the ones that hear it, making them dance or to not focus and even can unbrainwash people (like Marina in Splatoon 1, as she was part of Octavio's army but got free when she heard the song and Callie in Splatoon 2). That's why Callie and Marie use it against Octavio in Splatoon 1 and 2 (and probably "the heavenly" part is an easter egg as Callie and Marie originaly were designed as Shrine Maidens) but as we saw in Splatoon 3, anyone can sing the song since this time it was Octavio the one how started it, being followed by Squid Sisters and the Clan Surimi. Also it seems is necessary that both Inklings and Octarians/Octolings to sing together Calamari Incantation "to summon the three lights"

this had made me question who even runs the company anymore, I don't know if this has been explained

No Shot Judd can sound like Grizz at all. Also, pretty sure it was said somewhere that those are all recording; he isn't actually talking yo you. Doesn't explain where eggs go now or why the company is still up (I just like to think he isn't dead and sits there thinking that he was wrong like he says when you kill him), but I'm not sure

@@_StarGutz_ depending on how many times you play splatoon 1's final boss stage, that could actually be true. he gets squidnapped in splatoon 1 once or alot depending on how many times you beat the final stage, he somehow gets to the deepsea metro in s2 octo expansion, he gets squidnapped by brainwashed agent 3, he gets snatched by the fuzzy ooze in s3 (how the hell did he even survive that?) and then gets his ink drained. im not counting refighting tartar and mr grizz, since it says those are memories

i agree on the splatoon 3 having better cutscenes, i cant wait to see what nintendo will bring to us with the dlc

i personally find the vaccum segment pretty unexciting, i dunno the first part was so great with the grizzco music remix but here it was, i dunno, pretty easy and the gameplay felt boring to me. Which is sad coz the context is incredible, i just didn't like the gameplay that much

i think the improvement on Cutscenes comes to the hand of Monolith Software, Xenoblade Chronicles developers,they helped a lot with SP3 development,as stated in the credits scene

Truth, big man would blow up the title, Hugefry or the inkling wasent the hero, It was big man who saved Earth.

I swear whenever I see someone talk about how they like big man it reminds me of how almost everyone on the stranger things fandom loves Eddie Munson. But I mean, Eddie has a reason to be likeable. Like his character and all, and I can understand that but still, for big man to me it's probably that one guy commented saying big man is just the character that it's just loveable for no reason. But whatever anyways, go scream at me or do whatever it takes to defend yourself.

Yeah this is my take: Splatoon 1 felt the most pure Splatoon 2 was probably the most emotional Splatoon 3 was probably the most intense

It’s hard to explain ,But I’ve listened to the calamari inkantation for the past 7 years so it was very noticeable to me, but maybe not to others. I could be wrong but my music course always made us infer stuff from music so it’s probably me doing that without realising lol.
