Splitting Dry Sycamore Firewood 

Yes if it is green it is not too bad. I end up getting back logged on firewood and some of it starts to dry before I can get to it all.

@@TheSchmitters100AW I've turned some sycamore in the wood lathe that were yard trees and although plain in color, the grain can have some intense patterns. I'm upgrading my firewood equipment and hope to share some videos at some point.

Not very often. With so much firewood, it is much quicker to use the splitter. And most of the wood doesn't have straight grain that splits easily.
