Actually I am just changing to "7" into fraction, because "28/4" is equal to "7". I changed it to fraction because I want to make both of the fraction have the same denominator. Can you understand it? Are u a Chinese? or you want me to type in chinese?
the -27/4 is come from the 3 in front multiple -9/4. Yes, you do not need to do anything for the -3x because after you expand (X - 3/2)^2, you will get the -3x on the middle..
