I wholeheartedly agree and respect what Rachel said. And that includes the stars of the show too. They have every right to not ship anyone or if they do, it would be their choices. I don't ship anyone but I have multiple friends who do. I look down upon those who pretend to be all high and mighty just over a fictional ship. Live and let live. Why can't we be all have different tastes and be friends? Why do we have to fight? I don't use twitter to avoid that type of bitterness whether I ship or not. The negativity sticks with you. And I am here to escape and be with people like you who takes their time, create something beautiful and have the heart and courage to share it with us. Imagine having to retyping something this like because RU-vid's stupid sometimes lmao. Oh my god, I fucking love Mark Pellegrino. Like, his acting as Lucifer is phenomenal, and I should not be liking Lucifer as much as I do because 1) it's Satan, and 2) I go to a Catholic school. ANYWAYS, first of all, Mark's exceedingly good looking along with the rest of the cast, of course, and just the way he portrays Lucifer is so interesting and entertaining with how he expresses Lucifer's emotions and I think Tom Ellis could never pull it off quite like he could. I haven't watched Lucifer, and I have no interest to because I'm invested in and stan Mark Pellegrino's Lucifer because he's a lot better to me. Lucifer will just be a funny and then to me he'll also be genuinely terrifying and kind of like how the teachers I like or just teachers in general will scold us for something and it makes me a little nervous, but Lucifer just legitimately scares me when he goes screaming his head off because he's so pissed. Yes, I know he's supposed to be scary because, again, Satan, but because he's just entertaining in a way and I've grown invested with him it actually just scares me a little. I think Lucifer's been portrayed phenomenally by someone who can do it really well and make him seem like he wants to just be a good guy and good father and get a chance to have a little change. I thought Lucifer was actually coming around, and fortunately my mom knew better than that, and yeah, Lucifer turned out to just be the bad he's always been. It shows that Mark Pellegrino did a fan-friggin'-tastic job with this role and how he can express Lucifer's humor and hilariousness, his tricks and how he can make somebody think he's becoming a better person now, but then that rug gets pulled right out from under you, and how he full on starts screaming because he gets so pissed off. Also with how he does Nick, like it's just amazing how much he can be a funny and powerful archangel to a miserable and lonely and grieving former vessel that really needs a hug and some comfort. I really was feeling bad for Nick and I wanted to hug him so tight I could squeeze the sad out of him. Pellegrino is an amazing man, seriously and I just- I love him, and I may have a little bit of an obsession. And the last time I had something like that, it wasn't pretty and I was too obsessed and I've come to the point where I'm like, "So what if you're the only one who likes this and no one else understands and probably thinks you're a weird loser with no friends? Their problem, and just don't be too obsessive, 'kay?" Last time I was shipping real people with real feelings and real lives and now I'm just like OKAY, FUCK NO. I also had a dream the other night where I was back in fifth grade and you know who our sub was? Lucifer. It was just really awesome how I'm the only one in the whole world aware that Satan is subbing for us and teaching us stuff and that I should not be excited about it, but I am and he's just sitting around in my teacher's chair, letting us talk and do whatever while he I think occasionally told us to shut up. Mind everyone, I don't talk to people all excitedly and open about my obsessions like at school, this is only online.
