I love that Millie gets rabid and most violent when Moxxie’s in danger. It’s such a little detail that they don’t point out, but her pupils go thin like a cat and her gap-toothed smile turns into the demon style of razor sharp teeth. I love that so much.
No one is talking about how good of a job they did with Stolas on ep 6, the detail is so impeccable, and coupled with the music actually makes it feel eerie when he shows up, I love it
They’re both Broadway/Theatre lovers. In the pilot, Moxie has a playbill of Phantom of the Opera above his night stand and can explain for why he hallucinates it. Also the fact that Blitz hated Cats was hilarious (2020 version hopefully)
the fact that stolas got to the human world by possessing the dead agents and agent 2 (you can see stolas’ summoning circle on the ground, it’s what they’re drawing) and summoning himself is just- brilliant. and then the whole “throwing up feathers” thing with the introduction of his theme was just- oh helllllll yes
The fight scene got me thinking. What if the reason why imps are part of the wrath ring is not because they are angry or violent, but because they are EXTREMELY good at combat? Like, Millie, Moxxie, and Blitzo are insanely good fighters for 3 foot tall beings. Loona is also insanely good at fighting, but the three imps are fast, agile, and are capable of taking on multiple targets at once who are taller than them. They are strong too.
I mean if you assume that the wrath ring is where people guilty of the sin of wrath go to then the imps there are probably fighting humans by necessity all the time. Giving them plenty of exp
@@Mothman1992 It’s actually confirmed that Earthborn sinners in Hell can ONLY be found in the ring of Wrath. Physically impossible for them to travel to the other rings.
I hated him at first because I don’t like sex being mentioned a lot aside from jokes and that phone call scene from the first episode really made me cringe But as I watched more episodes i realized he’s not that bad of a character I just wish he wasn’t so sexual but I guess that wouldn’t make sense considering it’s kind of the main reasons he’s in the show
Can we talk about the fact that, while Moxxi is inebriated, Millie doesn't once take advantage of the fact that her husband is being particularly lovey and clingy, not even just to kiss him? She prioritizes keeping him safe and doesn't do anything else. Millie is probably the second best character, as far as morality goes.
@@peabrain1369 um... people can't consent when they're intoxicated. Why the fuck do you want people to take advantage of their partners when they can't think straight????
@@squidwardthornberry2409 Holy shit, I believe we have a misunderstanding? I BELIEVE what they meant is that something that is literally basic decency, is so uncommon, that when we actually DO see it, we praise it. TL:DR It's sad that common decency (not being a bastard) is so uncommon that it receives praise.
"What are you?" "I'm a Virgo" BEST RESPONSE SYGAHHIUHSIDHYUIAJNDOU Edit: It's been three days and I have 600 likes on this comment what the shit- Edit 2: why the fuck are people liking this 😟/j
I’m waiting for comments from parents (not on this, on like the actual show) saying how they let their kid watch it not realizing what it was until they heard if for themself
I'm glad I got to grow up with it, in a way? Like, Vivziepop's content in general has been with me for all my teenage years, and now I'm a legal adult and she's got legitimate shows coming out.
21:13 Okay, besides it all, I kind of find it wholesome that agent 1 and 2 were hugging each other, because they were scared. We are supposed to hate them, but I just want to appreciate that this small part shows that they still have feelings and care for each other. Not a ship, I'm just pointing out these two showing emotions, actual emotion.
Helluva Boss is... so amazing. It's insane how much character chemistry and development u can squeeze in just six episodes. And god, episode six was a whole another league itself. The casual pov switches between the agents, the dumbass twins and the missuses... along with the musical orgasm that was bgm there...
So much hilarity, profanity, and storylines in only six episodes! I can’t wait to see what Vivziepop pulls out next for the series! That being said - can we just agree that there needs to be more epic fight scenes like this? Because the animation was too freaking smooth, and this is a great compilation!
@@Xeakquh Actually, they bought the rights to show Hazbin on a Network somewhere. As of yet, still no word on when it's coming out. Though that also means, the whole series will come out faster.
"M AND M GET IN HERE! WE'RE GOING TO LOO LOO LAND!" Moxxie: *opens the door like a normal person* "Loo Loo Land?" Millie: *BASHES HER HAND THROUGH THE WINDOW* "LOO LOO LAND!?"
Stolas's demon form scene is still my favorite of the show. Like it just really makes you think how can a sweet thing like him do that? I'd hate to imagine what would happen if Octavia was in danger.
I like how pretty much the entire "torture" scene and the whole ass final fight scene from truth seekers was there, I think they're some of the best sequences in the show.
I like how at 8:12 Moxie was still drunk but he was still sober enough to at least help out by punching Monsters uvula… even if it didn’t really do much.
It's late and I can't sleep until I shit out this brainfart thanks to this compilation. (Thank you by the way!) There was a theory bout how Blitzo's white patch on his skin is a burn. I didn't care about it till now. (I assumed it was either imp vitiligo or random imp patterns like a koi.) At Moxxie's 'dream', Blitzo is portrayed as the Phantom (of the Opera). Here, his white patch is a mask, rather than his usual design. The Phantom in the musical hid his physical deformity with that mask. _-(And fr the movie Gerard Butler Phantom just looks like a burn, stfu man you still look hot)-_ I initially did not buy that theory in the comment section, but now I'm hooked! (Also at 5:23, I didn't notice this, but Blitzo's face also does not have that white patch there yet but at further inspection, his posters with his sister, he already has it so I guess it does not count) (Edit2: Fuck. So there was also a poster showing Blitzo WITHOUT the white pattern with his sister. I knew I wasn't seeing crap. Pause at 1:41, CHERUB episode, look at the poster with Blitz and his sis in the bg) Also dig how both Blitzo and Phantom see themselves as unlovable monsters. I also like the difference that the Phantom's 'mask' is his charming self, hiding how he's a monster for his actions. But Blitzo's the opposite: his mask is his jackass self. Now while the Phantom thinks this way because of his face, Blitzo's thinking clearly stems from trauma and self-awareness. -okay i'm done thank you-
I added it here in the edit of the comment but at 1:41 CHERUB EPISODE (4), pause the vid. There's a poster with Blitzo and his sister. He does not have that white patch. Reaching here too but the white patterns on the imps seem like scars or imperfections. (Moxxie's 'freckles' and Millie's dad's 'scorched' arm.)
BlitzØ's office door window is bulletproofs so that means Millie can headbutt something with the concussive force of a 50.BMG soooo dont wanna get headbutt by an anti material demon
God, no other piece of media or story ever gives me COMPLETE serotonin overload like the back to back scene in ep.6 The choreography and music choice and animation for the fight were all so perfect!! And it lasted for so long!! The demon summoning of Stolas is everything I wanted!! Too many times are evil creatures, demons and spirits made to look creepy. Like a cheep Halloween store mask. A demon is not of this world. Stolas appears as this inconceivable monster. An eldritch inky black horror. A shadow you can't fully grasps or see. Thats a true demon.
Okay so, I'm really experienced with the goetia and also the old gods. This is actually pretty common as far as demons go. Terrifying yes, but the actual horror of the gods I've not ever considered possible to portray in media as that is so intensely personal. Go ahead and offer blood to Ishtar and see how that one works out lol. Still this is one of the better portrayals of actual possession I've seen. Watch the third Exorcist movie for the actual best one, these is few and far between. For the record, stolas is actual goetia just not one I've ever worked with. The show makes me want to but I know so little about him.
