Thanks for the video!!! Also, i went to ashland the other day. Ashland has been updated and looks so much cooler now. It has better ground textures, leaves like goldenhills, and those spikes are gone. The house looks better too.
i’m pretty sure i heard that the furniture/apartment feature was a passion project of an employee who no longer works for sso. since we know that star stable runs on spaghetti code - once a person starts coding new features as a passion project and leave in the middle of it - it’s really difficult for someone to pick it up. so unless someone is willing to start that apartment project ground up, as a passion project, we’re not getting it
i honestly just wish they'd open these areas and let us run around in them :sob: idc if they're unfinished or dont have quests. i just cant stand having so many closed off and unaccessable areas
I’ve played so ever since 2015 before quitting for a while and rejoining late 2016/2017 (when I got star rider) it is an amazing game with the potential of kings! I’m now almost level 21 and bored out of my mind on that game. Only left with daily races and other things daily. Also the yearly events that are fun for a day maybe even an hour. I wish the main story quest would be focused on, not money. I feel like I and the other people my level and up are completely forgotten. The game is so grabbing and honestly their marketing for when you first join the game is extraordinary, I found myself paying probably around $300 in this game, I’m ashamed to say. Not anymore. They’ve lost my attention and attraction to the game. I know their making new characters, which of course is exciting! it’s game changing not only to be able to create your own character with different features , I’m hoping will be like the sims (different noses small and large eyes and forehead, the works!) But, there’s also so much more potential in lore like “what on earth are those fridge doors in the shape of a star?” Why do they make noise like machinery?” “What will happen as we progress through the game with the soul riders?” It can’t just be a cliff hanger. I’ve also always dreamed of home customization and having a barn and being able to see my horses running around in a pasture laying down rearing and playing. Having our own barn has been a dream for years! Like I’ve said, sso has so much potential but what they’ve done with it, throw it in the garbage, is saddening. I wish they’d cater to all levels making sure we all had the same fun, instead of sweet talking our money out of our pockets and then throwing away the person that invested willingly hoping the game would grow.
Mystic valley looks like its being used as a prop library. trees are placed in order, only one of each model etc. It does not look like an area that is actively being worked on. More like a testing ground.
I hope we get to see more of what’s in store for Ashland. It’s always been a common glitch and it seems so fun. Hopefully we can get some horses with Ashland like we did with Jorvik Wild Horses & the redwood forest.
I think a major problem as to why quests and areas get forgotten about is because they are constantly try getting new staff, and having the original staff leaving. I wish the original staff would leave notes for the people coming to replace them so things we’ve been wondering about don’t get forgotten!
When you mentioned the fridge doors I remembered that Syntax talked about them in the latest quest and this made me think that maybe it was a little hint that soon they'll release that area. I'd be really happy if they did, also if they'd release Ashland and added more main story quests. Thank you for the video!
Star stable is focusing on the few that wants more freaking horses then the bigger group that wants quests, our own houses and new things to do. Its ridiculous they are losing customers.
