I don't know why, but I love how you didn't edit out the part where you burnt the butter. I guess part of it is because it shows how perfection doesn't just magically happen. It's equal parts skill, effort, and do-overs.
Gabie and Josh really are made for each other. While watching this, my first reaction was "Josh is so lucky to get to eat all this amazing food every day", but then later on, I start thinking how great it is for Gabie to have a husband who loves her cooking and is so vocal about his appreciation of it and her too
Josh's little happy dance while scarfing down pasta is, imo, the best compliment. I love when people enjoy a dish so much that they have to express it like that.

I love watching this cooking content. Im a chef too just not nearly even close to your level of education tho ive been in the business over 20 yrs. I really relate to the part when you're sitting down eating you can see your eyes going around looking at everyones plates, i know those looks. Theres nothing better than that feeling, knowing your food is being enjoyed and making ppl happy
