yep! the timing and motion are somewhat more important than the actual palm/sleight execution. i'm always surprised at what i can get away with (or rather, how sloppy my sleight of hand can be) with the right timing and motion. it's all psychology.

What you are saying, where you are gesturing to make your audience look at the wrong hand, having enough confidence to make them "see" (meaning _perceive)_ what you want them to see - these are all much more imnportant than doing the trick "properly".
