I am 13 year old and just like to cook something. I tried it and it turned out fabulous. I have missed some steps of mixing the egg whites and egg yolks. Because of that my cake was not become much spongy and it was okay. It was just little spongy everyone just appreciated me. Thank you so much

Thank you so much for such a wonderful chiffon cake recipe. Today I tried it and it was finished off within 30 minutes...only difference I did was instead of vanilla essence I added Pineapple essence and also added yellow colour and some Tutti Fruiti...It was so soft and Spongy....can't describe it in words how happy we all were 🙏🙏🙏

Request to please add all ingredients list with measurements in description for all videos & recipes 🙏 I have to go thru multiple times thru video forward backward while cooking which is much inconvenient. Checked that before posting the first comment. This recipe is not there. In fact they are also not in order of latest. And that's the whole point. Convenience. RU-vid allows to write detailed descriptions. Watching video here and searching recipe on website is not smart. Hope he reads this and do. By the way my cake turned out pretty well. Bottom got little burnt but that haven't gone into the taste of cake. It was delicious and spongey. Made for my wife's birthday today. 😍

One michellin star Baker secret - Whisk the egg whites with gradual speed - LOW to HIGH - and when you're done with the whisk, go back to slow speed and whisk the meringue for a few seconds. This eliminates the bigger air bubbles from the meringue, makes them smaller and gives the meringue a rich silky texture. Eventually making the cake more spongy and better texture.

Use hand whisk. It will take time that's all. Eggless will hardly ever be so soft and spongy but for sure you can make soft cake using yogurt.

10 on 10 for the taste, it was one of the best sponge cakes I was able to bake. But my cake sank after cooling!! Did exactly what you did still. No one else in the house realised that though!! Don't know the reason as to why this might have happened apart from that it was a 10/10 recipe

It came out so स्पोंज... - Maine kuch alag kya kiya - i must say.... - मैने इलेक्ट्रिक फेटने वाली मशीन यूज नहीं करी, हेंडी नॉन इलेक्ट्रिक बीटर था। मेरे हाथ मैं दर्द हो गया था व्हाइट egg fet,te hue aur mera pehla batter thoda sticky tha hard nahi tha jaisa aapne dikhaya। - Fir bhi final cake ekdum mast bana jaise aapne dikhaya hai... 👍 Thanks a ton
