Wow, then you must have made a TON of progress! Those main podcast episodes are not beginner's material at all. You definitely deserve a lot of credit for the consistency and dedication.

Just taking a long break as I got busy with other things, especially the planning of Korean language and cultural immersion program (basically living together with a few native speakers... cooking, eating, and playing together)

There's so many different ways of doing repetitive listening preferred by different people. but the way I do it with my German is this: first I listen to the material repetitively without ever trying to understand. and then I study the transcript or the subtitles in the target language. and then I go back to repetitive listening. my goal is usually 60-80% comprehension after finishing all three steps
