"Box of Misfortune" is the box of 2020. 😁

I have been really loving these double unboxings, especially as the boxes themselves seem a bit lighter on content than they used to be. Putting two of them together keeps these unboxings a fun, spooky event!

This timing is perfect! Just sat down with a cup of tea and got the notification!! Super excited!

Does anyone feel like the Spooky Box Club seems to have gotten really cheap? This is no offense to Kaya at all, but this box seems to be getting cheaper and tackier.

I really love that eye eye charm. I recently bought a cute little hamsa hand bracelet with an evil eye bead. I do believe it does ward of bad energy and is used for protection.

Have you looked in to a good foot stool to sit on ? There are some really good ones with cushions or if you wanted you could pick one that you made the cushion to go with your style / room design . That what we did in one our slower rooms for an extra sitting option .

You should try out one of those stadium seat cushions for your bench! They're basically just two little square cushions that connect into a sorta L shape with straps and give you a little back support for seats like that.

Years ago my dad gave me a necklace pendant with the evil eye on it. It's a skeleton hand with the eye in the middle. A lot of people give me funny looks when I wear it (not my usual aesthetic) but it makes me chuckle. I love seeing what's in the boxes, it cheered me up as I had to cancel my trip to Disneyland on Monday. 😐 I've also recently bought halloween stuff to add to the shelf with all my skulls on and my Harry Potter bookcases. I couldn't resist. 💀

I love watermelon and strawberry laffy taffy and I found the best way to eat them is like a lollipop. You peel back the wrapper from the top like a banana and instead of faking a bite, you just suck on it like a lolipop, only taking small bites at a time when you actually do want to eat and chew it. It last longer, you enjoy the flavor for longer, and have less mouth problems with chewing and it getting stuck in your teeth. It's probably too expensive but I keep getting an add for a couch that's fully customizable, it's almost like it's all cushion sized, and you just attach it the way you want. If you can find something like that and the measurements fit through door, it might be an option.

those things are indeed called evil eye or mal de ojo, they protect you from bad luck or evil or any sort of harm.
