I been driving around every day in my 04 mustang GT dark shadow gray automatic since 2014 payed 5,500 cash and only had a few problems that I fixed myself and the car have saved me a boat load of money because I been driving it for 9 years
New Edges on average are the most loved Mustangs…They will be the most sought after someday, especially Terminators, Mack 1s and bullitts, and because of those cars people will still want GTs and V6s to make replicas and just because the looks in general..
Mustangs always drop in the market and worth a couple k's. Then rise after everyone beats them up and sends them to pick n pull. They become classic cars, worth alot more, and unique compared to all the new muscle cars.
what is happening now is that the new adge are running out for various reasons that is making them more expensive apart from the used car market they are very high.
I just bought a 99 gt mustang 35 anniversary for 7,500 it had 114,000 miles, the paint is still good never Ben crash few dings on not too bad yes it is automatic but it's my first stang and I love her!🥰 black 18's sliver lip a/c is great everything works good I'm going to go with the 373 rear gear ratios😁
they are cheap because they were cheap hence many have had them and didn't care for them, they are kind of throw away type of cars which is sad since they look awesome.
07-09 gt500 is a badass car and very underrated. Lots of people say they love the 3v style but want something that has potential like newer coyotes do....but they like the look and sound and feel of the 3v. The 07-09 gt500 is perfect for that person. They can take 800 wheel on stock driveline and they can make upwards of 600 wheel even with the stock small blower. It comes with a 5.4 4v which sounds even better than the 3v imo the gt500 also looks better than a normal gt imo. It comes with a stout trans and since it's already supercharged it's much easier and cheaper to upgrade the blower vs getting a supercharger kit for something that wasn't already supercharged. You don't see them that much. They're very reliable cars. I got an 07 in May 2020 for 16500 with 108k on it clean title. It was well taken care of and looks good for the miles. It kills awesome but not perfect it is Def a driver with a few front end rock chips and the like. I stole it good luck finding one for that price now but you can still find them in the 23-25k or so range if you really shop. Lower mileage ones go for more. As for the new edge they're great cars too I like the terminator best but they're really starting to go up in price alot. That would be the one to land if possible. It'll always hold its value if not climb. It can also make 800 wheel on stock driveline without any crazy mods. It let's you have an older car with an older look, feel and sound while having enough potential with stock driveline to keep up with alot of modded cars from today.
One of the most likely reasons why the GT and other Ford flagship models of this era are so cheap could be due to the massive amount of vehicles that were produced as flagship models; negating their rarity from the jump. I say this with experience from owning a vehicle that was not mass produced for sale in this country (US), having been offered 80% of it's original value after 17 years of ownership and also at that time needing a paint job...... i say it NOT with malicious intent or to sound better than anyone. The simple fact of my beleif is the numbers, and math is incapable of lying. As shown in your video, production numbers of Ford flagship models ranged from a low of 114K in 1993 to it's highest point in 2000 with 173K models produced. If I were to use the vehicle I own which I referred to previously as a comparison, the production numbers for my vehicle in a 3 year window was only that of 25,813 in total from 2004 to 2007. My specific year only saw 7,747 units produced for sale in the US. The production numbers of the flagship model were far less by design, even though the base model production was on par with that of any other mass automobile manufacturer in their country and this one; especially Ford. This created a buyer's rush and a limited market; a perfect storm.
The price also depends where you live. In Michigan the price for these has almost doubled, you are not paying 4000 dollars for a car with mods even the 6 cylinder cars are up in price, I have searched out west and south and the prices are a little cheaper then in the rust belt but then the question you have is how much were they beat on
Don’t consider a car investment yeah you’re right don’t consider brand-new car investment but you can’t say that about all the cars that some of them are increasing in value there are worth now more than when they were brand-new what are you talking about🤨
The Sn-95 is a fox3 and the New Edge is A Fox 4, the Fox was developed to replace the Mustang II The s197 are on a less refined version of a Jaguar platform.
